Thaddues Fuller .
Thanks brotha! I appreciate it!
Hell yes! I was just looking at cams for a 5.3 today and was looking at the BTR stage 4. It's all about those smiles per gallon! Awesome video boss! Thanks for your service sir!
haha Thanks man! lol "Smiles per gallon".
i just purchased a 1980 short bed. came with a cammed 396. i always watch your videos to get inspiration for upgrades. gear head for life!!!
Awesome Eli! Love to hear that man. Congrats on the Square and good luck wrenchin brotha!
Thank you for your service once again, glad to see your channel come up with a new video. The truck sounds great, watching your videos gave me courage to start my 1972 c10 with a 5.3 and 4l65e trans
Thank you Jon! That's awesome to hear man. Keep at it. It'll be challenging, but very rewarding once you make it through the hard parts.
AGearHead4Life thanks for the reply I got mine running, but had to pull the engine I bought a used one, and figured out it had a rod knock after installing it. So I'm doing the same thing with flat tops and a 54-455-11 cam from comp. The most challenging has been the fuel tank I went with a 1969 Camaro tank with a fuel pump in tank so I could fill up thru my license plate and use a stock style pump. I didn't want to cut up my bed being the stock tank is behind the seat. I left a filler neck still there to cover the hole.
I was curious how you did the steam lines I haven't found much info online and haven't got that far yet on my project. Keep up the videos as always I love your work.
Brother you got me on the tutorial alone you have the best advice that I have ever heard. Seriously you rock this video out plus the truck sounds awesome. Dude you kick major butt.
+Charles Martin Thank you Charles! I appreciate your feedback brotha. Keep on Wrenchin!
From one vet to another, thank you for your service and the sacrifices you made.
Thanks brotha! And thank you for your service Steve.
AGearHead4Life Thank you sir.
PML your covers make's some really nice deep pan's. I really appreciate you sharing your hard work man, keep it up. Wrenching is life for me hahaha. Welcome back too.
I saw you driving this truck today and decided to look you up out of curiosity 😊
Sweet! I was driving all over town today running errands. Thanks for saying hi!
its great to have you back and posting videos again keep up the good work bro
Thank you Cary!
Good to have you back on UA-cam and glad you and the family made it safe back to San Antonio. Looking forward to seeing work on both the family Tahoe and the vandal.
Thank you Jim!
I woke up this morning meeting this video it has brighten my day already before the sun rise
haha Awesome Frank!
Thank you so much for your service god bless you. Awesome job on the square body. I'm doing my 2nd last swap in a square body
It's funny. I get in that rut where I feel I need a break from wrenching. Then I watch one of your videos and suddenly I wanna wrench again. 😂😂
Malibu Jak same here
haha That's what I like to hear brotha! That's what it's all about. Life is too short! We gotta make it happen before the clock stops.
Brother I have the up most respect for you I deeply appreciate your service to this country Thank You. This square body truck that you have put together is bad ass.
Thank you very much Tim! I appreciate it man.
Thx for your service Sir, your square is sweet! That cam is sick man!
Thanks brotha!
Beautiful square body. I'm eager to get my '76 running again. The information in your videos is very useful. I totally agree on the nostalgic cam sound. Had an interestingly similar conversation with my coworker two days ago as we were installing a Howards Rattler cam in a 4.8L Sierra Stepside. Given that cam has lift closer to .600 to .615 and with a 108 LSA it's a very aggressive cam for a stock 4.8L, he mentioned how stupid it was and while I agree on the lack of lowend and even mid range powerband, that sound just puts a fat smile on your face. And while the customer could have chosen something a little more streetable and our tuner could adjust the timing to also try and net the similar nostalgic aggressive cam lope it's just not the same. I remember when I had a 110 LSA cam in the 383 for my '76 and it brought that same smile ... that was 15 years ago. This build of yours helps uplift some anxiety that I won't have to push off my project for long to get the desired outcome that I want and need to get that same feeling. Cheers brother!
Howdy Mark ! Thanks 4 the up-dates. I 'm happy the move back home to Texas went off without any problems. Thanks and again, thank you for your continued service ( full time and now in the reserve ) to our Great country !! Happy Trails...John

I put a B303 cam in my SN95 for the lope ,in spite of slight drive ability issues. I am quite pleased with the results.
That lope has a gallop that is so sick! Hoping my 5.3 will mimic that! Cheers and thanks for the update.

welcome back great work
Thanks brotha! I appreciate it.
love the square bodies...nice job
Thanks Brad!
Good update, Brother! Good to see you're not quite dead yet! Weekly videos are harder than it may seem when you have a civ job and a mil job and a Family; but we'd sure appreciate it. I know I learn from your vids and always pick up an idea or two. Love those Camaro wheels just the way they are, but the nice thing about Plasti-dip is you can peel it off. I put 12 inch bullet style mufflers on my Suburban's 3" dual exhaust after the Magnaflow turbos, it really helped cut down the resonance at 3000 rpm. There's a reason the factory is putting them on the trucks these days.
yep, about 3k rpm is where my rasp was before also. Thanks man! So far, this will be my job now. So hopefully that means that I'll be able to pull off the weekly videos. Of course, I'm still busy looking for a place to live though. I'm actually out looking for property now.
Thank you for your Service!
NITRIX82 Thank you!
welcome home thanks for your service sir
+Justin West Thank you Justin!

Thanks brotha!
AGearHead4Life do u have to upgrade injectors when using that cam? Or is it a general good idea to go ahead and go with more flow
You dont have too, but I believe that it'd be recommended. I think that you'll be maxing the stock ones out at WOT. Your tuner will let you know.
I dig the rims man they look sharp !
Thanks Robert! I'm enjoying them, especially since they were cheap. I snagged them for $250 from a buddy.

Thanks for your service brother
Thank you Charlie!
Thank you for your service bro! Im new to Hotrod'n and wrenchin and have learned a ton from your videos. You need to put this thing on a dyno! I've copied 99% of your engine build but dont have it completely built yet. I'm really curious to see what kind of the power it puts down.
Great video keep em coming!
Thank you Davie!
AGearHead4Lif

Looking forward to the videos about the Tahoe. I have a 03 that I've been working on.
Cool! I love the Tahoe man. I enjoy driving it each time I get the opportunity.
Just to give you a little heads up, I recored every step as I installed the drop kit on it. So that video will be coming down the road.
We need new videos brother... love the content!
damn.. so many squares going ss wheels. ive had mine for a few years now. never seen anyone else rocking em. damn.. oh well.. one of few wheels that actually works on this truck.
Great video it gave me a lot of ideas
That's what I like to hear! Get it!
thank yu for serving for our freedom
+867diesel Thanks brotha!
I like this guy!
I always wonder what my square body would look like with those new chevy rims.
And thanks for serving 💪💪
damn.. almost same build too.. i got a stock LQ9 with a howards 228/230 609/609 113.. it doesnt chop that hard. but it sure shits on stuff.. running a built 4L60E.. working on building a brembo 14.5" big brake kit up front. yup.. gonna run 13" in the rear when i get around to it. 3.42 12 bolt eaton lsd with 800ft/lb preload springs. its a 73, with 85 bed/cab 91 front clip and doors. love it.
+Gadget Deez Nice! I'm planning to run C5 brakes on the front eventually. I've got Impala discs for the rear that I still need to get calipers for.
Show where she will get back to making videos man. I like what you do with those trucks.
great info, like always
Thank you norsk!
congrats on the discharge I just did the same myself . no reserves though .
Good to see an update on the truck sounds great looks awesome love that sound bro how's the Camaro coming along
Thank you Jerez! Man, since the move, the most that I've gotten done on the Camaro is unloading it off of the trailer last week. lol Well, that is a good sign though. That means that it's coming up the priority list. I should be working on it again soon.
What did you use for your headliner looks dope!!! I miss your videos man. Hope all is well!
First off love your channel! My question is I'm doing a 5.3 swap now in my Caprice Classic. I've been thinking of swapping pistons to the stock 4.8 flat top since I have the engine torn apart now. Any good gains with those pistons? I have a Cam 220/224 .575 lift 112 LSA I'm throwing in too. Not trying to get to radical or crazy cuz it will be my daily, but I wouldn't mind for it to have some power sound aggressive too when I'm out cruising. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!
Thanks for your service...I got a 84 k10..love the old square body..
You ever think of going with the Holley stealth EFI Terminator? So much you can do with it..all the digital tuning...plus they look like a carb..
thank you for your service may God bless you
Thank you Ray! God bless brotha.
