    Yeah Jenn!!! This was super helpful. I think I overly tuck my pelvis and fail to tighten my gluts. I’ll be mindful of this moving forward. Thanks for taking time to post this.

    Thanks Jenn! I think I do not tighten my gluts and overly tuck my pelvis when doing shoulder press or overhead press. Thankful for your feedback.
