@@wordswordswords8203 ---have you tried a LO Impact Jazzercise class? They are fun and powerful without the hops and jumps! I hope you have a Lo class close to you❤️

Love me some Jazzercise! In my younger days I was able to do high impact, now my mind wants to but my body doesn’t. So very thankful Jazzercise allows everyone to adapt to what their body can do. Every day is different for me depending on how my knees/back feel but thankful I can modify as I do not want to give it up. After all, it’s better to keep moving your body!

Way too fast for this beginner. Really an intro to jazzercise for those with dance experience.

You'll be surprised how fast you can pick up the moves. I encourage you to give it a try. Once your body recognizes the moves it comes naturally.

,So glad you tried it! Most of our customers don't have dance experience before their first Jazzercise class, and after just a few classes they feel really successful. Just keep with it!

She is teaching a jazzercise class, which would mean she will teach the jazzercise class style from the 80s

This IS a Jazzercise Corp posy using a certified Jazzercise instructor Jen H. Yes Jazzercise was big in the 80's but we are still going strong. If you try a class you'll even get to experience the real music we do thse moves to. For copyright reasons we can't use popular music on UA-cam.
