More videos gurus need to mention the mind muscle connection, many people miss the muscles they are trying to work on and concentrate mostly on the weight.

Would you say, that Pilates is counter-productive in order to create an anabolic environment as Pilates it's usually working with too many reps and too little weight? Or would you still recommend to imply it in a "building-mass-routine"?
