This is my favorite Pilates video! I love this sequence's fluidity and the creative use of my favorite prop. Also, how those seated rows emulate work on the reformer and the subtle biofeedback work in the intro and outro.
Omg that was amazing, 🎉 never experienced a Pilates class like this (I used to think Pilates was boring!) but now I’m a convert - sooo much kinder on your body than yoga & much more intense strength building ! Love, love, loved this class! Although I think I need a new band mine is sooo short 😂

Here’s the thing. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.
Super, now it’s time to get some new bands - I’m often scared that they would rip which can happen when they’re too old i guess - good thing is that it doesn’t hurt as much as I thought at first when that happens 😄😌✨🤍🙏🏽 Thank you, Lottie 🕊

I carry a resistance band in my pocket when I take my dog walking - with an average speed approx 1 mile/hour I have plenty of time to perform several upper body, arms & shoulders exercises and stretches.
Great video I like the variety of moves ..what length and strength of band are you using and what kind type of band would you recommend for a beginner?
Why is this one not in the app? Or how do I find it? I see you have 3 more Theraband videos here on UA-cam. Could you make them searchable in the app, please? That would be wonderful for user experience.

I don't think all the exercises would work with a loop band as it needs to be long but you could try the ones on the back like the curl ups, hundred and the bridges where it's in your hands. :)

i can’t do a pilates roll up without some anchor on my foot! does anyone have advice
