I love watching your videos mostly cause I get so bored with factions after 100 turns, and only came to TW: Warhammer after 3, so I've got catching up to do on playing all the factions. I usually watch one of your videos, see a Lord I've not played before, and think 'Yeah I'll give that a go'. Thanks for the videos dude.
Nice to see my doomstack turned out so well. When I played warhammer 2 I was pretty disappointed you maxed out at only a dozen or so tomb princes and becuase I felt they did so much work killing models. Now we can all enjoy having the fresh princes of baghar roll right over their enemies. Edit: make certain the destroyer of eternities doesn’t touch the amour of eternity. I still don’t know which one defeats the other.
The problem with Canoptic Jars is the jars, not the stuff you put inside, you can only produce so many before a battle, so you always get a maximum of 30. Apparently they have yet to figure out mass production of jars.
Now with Tamurkhan, this army gets WAY more viable. Of course, you still need to get enough armies to get the lords with the traits out of your saved character spell, but you do get 3 free tomb princes per lord if you save them (And 3 liche priests and 3 necrotects)
Realistically though… I think I would still grab necrotect capacity over tomb princes. For one you get the necrotects, decentish fighters, but more importantly you can get up to 4 extra tomb scorpion capacity and 1 sphinx. That’s so much more worth it than 1 tomb prince imo for the same price.

When's some more first 20 turns legendary campaigns coming? Would also love some in depth cheese options for races, available doomstacks best traits for heros best way seige with certain factions. Miss all this stuff use to use your live streams to try follow along with for my own campaigns
18:36 - I don't understand how anti-large is supposedly so good. The bonus is 12 on top of an attack strength in the 400s. Surely 12 extra makes no difference?
I don't understand how this is so strong. The stats and ward save don't seem that impressive, yet they wipe the field and take no damage. Is it just because they knock over foot soldiers before they can hit back? Would they perhaps struggle more against strong cav or monstrous infantry?
Going off your hatred for single unit buff spells, if they lasted for say a full minute - 90s would that be more feasible? It would be worth getting the spell if for one minute or more a single unit was roided to shit
Are dwarves worse in warhammer 3? magic is nerfed and meele infantry is better so i dont know really, i cant play them cuz i cant pay twenty games to play only dwarfs in immortal empire
their magic resistance is swapped for spell resistance, which only works on spells. Dwarves miss out on resistance against magical attacks. Their slayers did get a massive utility spike though as having more grudges attracts them into a quick-recruitment pool.
I'm curious, has legend ever tried playing on smaller unit scales? I think he'd be surprised. As much as he speaks about Lords being much more powerful, I kind of found the opposite. I thought to mix things up I'd play on the smallest scale, and the balance difference is insane. Lords feel so much more squishy, a few bad volleys from a single archer is enough to kill them.
I haven’t played warhammer 3 yet so correct me if I am wrong but it would be OP as fuck if all Tomb King Constructs could be mounted. A wizard should definitely be able to mount the Heirotitan and Tonb Scorpions should be a mount. All construct mounts should have 15% ward save on top of the missile resistance
Part of me wishes there were a mod to make the game more like the older historical games, like single entity man sized units have the same hp as a regular entity out of a unit.
They need to update vortex spells so you can draw the route they take on the map. If you’re in a blob the vortex should just go round in a big circle. Every other spell you can direct except vortex spells.
To be fair the randomness is the only way they balance certain Vortex spells, otherwise they just out damage everything else if you can control directly where they go.

Chariots are strong like this because they have an "On-contact" attack, constructs don't have that unfortunately
