Lore wise, how about, Sharon and Karen being sisters, Little and Hermann being their married names. Their parents were social climbing working class entrepreneurs who made their money in fish. The older sister Karen remembered things when they were hard so remained the more down to earth one. Sharon the younger one fully embraced their parents social climbing aspirations and acquired affectations of the moneyed classes without fully understanding or appreciating them. The Towns of Karen and Sharon started off as workers villages which became more developed with time.

Yes, this is great. It would also be a good idea to name the two factory district after the *sir names* he gave them. They could be something «Karen MH* (modular house) and Sharon Herman’s like egg said.
Also Karen's husbands name is Bob Little, and Sharon's husbands name is Rob Hermann.
I love that they seem exactly like the kind of towns that nobody outside of them can remember the distinction between, or where the town lines are.
with the train warehouses, you can make the train out of it straight like you would attach to a park path, you still have the nubbin at a 45 degree angle but you can get a line out straight.
Looking good! I will say it seems that Sharon is outshining Karen on every level. Sharon never passes up the opportunity to emphasize the *Little* when referring to Karen.

Very pleased to hear you acknowledge the Simpsons reference with the power plant and fishing! When you were placing the office prop at the entrance to the factory I thought the road maintenance depot could look good too (and is in my view an under appreciated asset)
I'm probably the 30th to say this, but the part about 'Did we build another farm?' that was so funny🤣. Of course, you are forgiven that you forgot about it, even if just because it made my day. Really like this industry area, very big and chunky - as much as the vanilla game allows.
Something extremely satisfying about industrial builds, it might be the size of them but I really enjoy watching you build industrial areas!
I feel like it's been a long time since we've seen the view from those viewing decks you built on top of that mountain ages ago. Maybe give us a look from up there in one of your next videos?

there is a subway (underground) line running underneath. is there any particular reason you did not add a stop in the industrial area? you added a lot of pedestrian pathways, seems like a good spot to add a subway access point as well.
No real reason, I thought maybe with the trolley bus here and metro stops in Karen & Sharon just either side, it might have been too much but we can certainly add one in!
Looks awesome dude, needs some more infrastructure around it, to help it settle in, but its a gorgeous Factory facility!

Nice build as always. What could be a neat idea is adding a Soccer pitch to each factory. A bit of sporting rivalry in the vein of Adidas and Puma. In Germany, the owners were brothers who fell out. They founded rival companies ( Adidas and Puma) on different banks of the river. The rivalry came to the workers too and they played football against each other 😊⚽️

Take the Karen/Sharon rivalry further by seeing who can have the most over-the-top "Welcome" sign.

Really cool build idea, its quite a shame there isn’t any industrial props and possibly no props period for CS2! 😟 I do have my stipulations for a nuclear power plant in an area filled with angry middle aged women 😂 just one quick suggestion move the rail headquarters in the space behind the highway and the food factory just to give the food factory a bit more center stage! Loved hanging around and chatting on the stream a few days ago!
But the Rail Headquarters stealing center stage gives Sharon something to complain about. We can't be having a happy Sharon 😂

A little concerned that these are two cul de sacs from a fire safety POV. A one way street out of each would give people ways out and ease access for emergency services if needs be. If you really want to force the toll booths as security aspect do pedestrian streets.

The trash incinerator you placed in the Sharon Industrial Area looks like Sharon giving Karen a middle finger after Karen puts the poo facility next to it.
With a metro as big as Orchid Bay, where's the major intestate that has exits into the suburbs you've created, and that goes thru downtown or passes in close proximity to downtown- with a nice visual approach into the city- like most major cities in the world-or atleast in the US? Or, where's the major interchange, either with another major interstate or with a spur going into downtown, with a nice visual approach into the city. That would be realistic and cool.
And there was me thinking they'd not managed to work out nuclear fish'n yet... Another first coming from Egg!

I love the fact that Sharon basically gained a massive contract to build a food factory that would be a massive source of income for the town and karren literally shit on it by signing off on having waste processing building built pretty much across the street, I love this series so much

Why would you have a waste processing plant next to where they process food. Seems like a contamination issue. You should put it over by the open area to the left of the Sharon Railyard making it closer to Karen's area since Karan put the sewage plant closer to Sharon.
