Turkey's answer to a toastie lends itself incredibly well to being cooked in Roccbox. Gözleme are normally quite uniform in colour but the rolling flame and stone floor in Roccbox give us a unique and beautiful looking snack in less time than it takes to boil an egg!

I just made these, really good. Make sure to roll them thin if you want it to look pretty. Adding finely diced honey ham is also good.

I have made them fresh and they are amazballs, but I was wondering how far in advance can I make these?
You mention that it should double in size, but there is no yeast. Is this a mistake?
Hey Dan! The natural bacteria in the yoghurt will cause the dough to alter- although don't worry if it's not 'doubled in size', this period is as much about letting the gluten relax as anything else!

We used natural, low fat yoghurt- but any will be fine! Higher fat content yoghurt will give you a more enriched dough

Yes.
It'll be delicious with either low fat or yoghurt with a higher fat content.
You might just have to make low fat one day and higher fat another, just for the comparison! ;-)

@@laurenloveshorses7 I suggest adding yeast to the recipe. Google gozleme recipes and they ALL have yeast. I think Joe forgot the yeast.
Hello Gozney guys, you are making and baking some very nice stuff including gozleme but you don’t send roccbox to Turkey from your webstore. I am upset.
I like these video. Partly because it show the versatility of Roccbox but also because there's some good vegetarian recipes. Being vegetarian the Roccbox is perfect because all there was before was tofu sausages for a BBQ. Keep up the good work! Just... the jokes in these videos are a bit cringe though..

It's too charred and crispy. It should be golden, and flake when ripped open. A pan is better.
I disagree, golden and flaked usually means fried with some type of oil. This is fresh, light, and healthy. Opinions and different styles I guess
