    Use 1.5% weight of the meat to get the perfect amount of salt for the kebab.

      You can fry off tiny balls of the meat to taste for seasoning too.

    You are fu****g crazy. This is awesome and inspirating. I mean : i am a baker, doing pizza in 2 gozney roccbox.
    But I am most of all a french litlle guy who loves the craziest food from all over the world.
    And the community that meet around the gozney ovens is so inspiring.

      Tastee like one made in Tandoor or afghan/ Turkish over gray charcoal. Can’t beat that.
