  • Check out this video that we just made on HOW AFFORDABLE LIVING IN PENSACOLA IS. Hopefully you like it.
If It's your first time to the channel, Welcome - My name is Tim Ekelund.
I want to thank you for the opportunity to help you with one of the most important decisions in your life: The successful purchase or sale of your home.
I am a dedicated family man and spend as much my free time with my children and wife as my real estate career allows. We love to travel, enjoy the beach and boating activities. I am an active member of a Rotary group and love to give back to the community.
In retrospect, the decision to make Pensacola my permanent home was the best move of my life.
In summary, I believe I bring something completely different to the table that separates me from other real estate agents, and would love an opportunity to work closely with you to sell your home.
I know exactly how overwhelming and stressful it is to move and shopping online to find the perfect neighborhood, and home to fit your family's desired lifestyle and budget is next to impossible.
My mission is to provide you and your family with the best information and content to make your decision and move easy, stress-free, and fun.
So go ahead and check out some of my other videos. And if you're even thinking about moving or relocating down here to Pensacola Florida, You've got to give me a call, shoot me a text, send me an email, message me on Facebook, by any means necessary. Because we've got your back when it comes to moving to Pensacola Florida!

Since I never heard much about it I decided to check it out and I'm loving most of what you're saying about it and now a little excited to learn more and most likely choosing Pensacola as my new home. In the case of Wyoming, it's not political interference.
House prices are super inflated because the market is captive.
People don't have nearby communities to buy in.
Closest next town is 45 minute drive.
And closest town not in Wyoming, is 30 minutes away in CO.

I cant understand why it looks so empty if there are half a million people there. Im from and live in the bay area of ca and it is getting unbearable with traffic and people everywhere, all hours of day and night people, out and about. has changed in last 5 years drastically. must be nice to live in a place like pensacola. not sure if it would be for me though.... houses look a little dreary like the ones you see in crime stories.

Dude average the cost of a house in San Diego where I live which is comparable to Pensacola cause I’ve been to Pensacola is $550,000 small small one bedroom condo in a bad neighborhood is $350,000 dude what are you talking about that’s like a free home

First thing I’m thinking is, if it’s so great there why are you broadcasting it to the world? I wouldn’t want a bunch of outsiders moving in and ruining the local vibe. Then he starts pitching real estate, now I get it.

@@LivinginPensacolaFlorida You’re right, being a military area it’s not a hidden city, but in many ways it is still one of the last slices of Old Florida left. When it gets over developed like most of the rest of Florida let me know how you like it then, lol.

One of my son's is USCG and just got stationed in Pensacola. He was so happy because he wanted to go some place warmer having grown up in the midwest (Omaha). I have to laugh when you say homes in Pensacola are expensive at $250k. That would get you a cookie cutter here that's cheaply built. We have a 3,000 sq ft home built in 2012 and bought it for $310,000. It's now valued at $410,000. Given the fact you don't have state income tax and you have an awesome Governor, FL is looking pretty good right now! Especially since we have a blizzard going on right now as I type this.
Suggestion: Instead of just talking about homes or apartment costs, why don't you actually take some video of examples. It's great to get your personal opinion but most people watching this are probably not from Pensacola or even perhaps FL and want to know what the homes and apartments look like. Thanks

Don't be fooled by not having a State Income Tax. You can be sure EVERYTHING ELSE is taxed to the hilt to make up for it.

I’d say stay out of downtown area. Any street with a number or letter I’d avoid. There’s still greatly priced homes. I live off Pine Forest Road which is a highly sought after area, but I just got an appraisal for my 3bdrm 2bath 1352sq ft 1996 manufactured home on 4acres in that area for $130k. But probably gonna sell it for $118k once I find the right real estate agent
