Miscreants fled from a motion light

Many accounts of trespassing, vandalism and thefts around the area. This poorly running scooter can be heard around the neighborhood most nights between midnight and dawn. others have reported a suspicious 2006 Silver Buick LaCrosse ESZ1817 as seen in this video. They only fled the area when the motion light came on, don't want to be seen.
