Toyota quality control went out the windows ever since they open plant in North America, Hiring American CEO ,They taken shortcut to earn more profit, shame
Toyota Honda and Ford have all had major recalls. This is nothing recent. I love my Ford, but it had a major recall and so did my jeep and so did my Toyota and I’m 50 this is nothing new. Japan’s qualities dropping also as someone that travels to Japan every year and live there for 11 years. They’re running out of people the new Land Cruiser does not seem to be built better than any other Toyota matter fact it has major quality issues fitment issues. As for vehicles may Mexico I don’t know. I’m an idiot on that topic
Hi, thanks for the follow-up review. How does it overtake on highway speeds? Do u experience any lack of power that it’s a naturally aspirated 2.5 litre with eCVT? Also, Toyota has removed moon roof from XLE trim, do u feel it’s dark inside?
@@luqmankhb It is a bit sluggish but it doesn't bother me because we bought it for the MPG. If you put it in "Sport" mode then it's better. Our XLE has the moonroof, you can see it in my 10,000 mile update. Thanks!
I had a 2014 Honda pilot with a V6. I now have the grand Highlander with the 4 t engine comparing the two the grand Highlander is faster in every way I have no issues with overtaking vehicles. I drive a sports car, I like a car that’s peppy, this turbo engine is very peppy. I’ve never been in a V6 that’s peppy if that makes sense. V6 power come on late in most cars I’ve driven. But that said on paper a turbo engine looks better higher torque at lower RPM. That’s where the happiness comes in while the horsepower is a bit lower. I compare the non-turbo guys to the iPhone guys only they notice this so-called lack of power while the rest of us, enjoy a much better driving car which happens to have a turbo
As someone that’s driven turbo my entire life due to my 11 years in Japan. Every turbo car has an RPM range where accessing all this twerk torque is instantaneous after a year your foot learns where this is turbo are where it’s at more power, lighter more efficient, and I love the swoshee sound.
What's 0-60 and 60-80 (or 90) times? I'm looking at the GH eCVT hybrid but I'm worried about merging and passing on the highway (our speed limits are 70-80 mph down here in Texas). I currently have a 2015 Acadia and it does 0-60 in 8.2 which is adequate but it has more horsepower than the GH eCVT hybrid does.
@@Nealman24 Yeah I know it's super fast but I'm partial to the better gas mileage of the eCVT. It's just hard to find acceleration tests of the eCVT GH.

Hey buddy, can you show us if it’s possible for someone to access the 3rd row with that car seat in place? You know what I mean? Pretend you have 3 forward facing car seats on that 2nd row, how’d ya access the 3rd without getting them off? Can you hop into the car by just sliding the seat all the way forward before placing the child in the seat??? Thanks in advance 🥰🙏
