4 Eggs
Season with Salt and Black pepper
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 can Tuna In Olive Oil (140g/4.94 oz), Drained
Dill
3 cloves of garlic
Sauté garlic for 1 minute until soft
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tbsp Butter
2 Tomatoes
Fry tomatoes 1 minute on each side
Cheese 2 oz (60g)
Cover and cook for 6 minutes on low
