@@njdevi11 There's quite a few options, they're typically $100-$400 for the testing unit. My local (and highly trusted) diesel shop charged me $50 to pop test and balance my injectors (brand new Bosch 245hp HO). Of course, all the installation work was done by me. It's not that bad of a job, it took me four hours to replace the injectors, cross over tubes, and do a valve lash adjustment.

Best way I found to get the copper washers out of the injector bore is use a flathead screw driver because it has a slight taper. It’ll get the washer hung on the taper when you give it a few love taps and she’ll come right out

Just did this awhile back to install Bosch RV275 Injectors. Nothing more than common hand tools and a few hours of your time. I replaced the O-rings in the fuel tubes and adjusted the valves while I was in there. Make sure you get the copper washer out when pulling the old injector. You will probably need to leave a few injector lines loose when you start up for the first time. This will bleed the air out and save your battery from 20 minutes of cranking.

Just installed the injectors from your PDD 24v 475hp fuel kit. Not sure what went wrong but got it to start up and it runs rough. Rough idle and rough acceleration until you get pretty high in the rpms. I bled the injectors good enough to my thought but could air still be trapped in the system? Should i try to re-bleed them again?
