The old concrete structure was a milking shed the roof is long gone - they would bring cows in there and hook milking machines up to them notice the center box was for feed to keep the cows occupied while milking -the plants are grape vines

You should try the Wayside inn in Middletown, VA. Was used as a field hospital during the War Between the States.
