I was watching this video while having my lunch, I literally dropped my sandwich on the floor when the host started enumerating all her relatives living around... God! This is living!!!!!!!!!!
No such thing as the idiosyncratic human soul?! They exist, surprisingly, in many places, and are terrifically resourceful. Notice, too, the ease, intactness, the vitality exhibited when they've honored that soul, and share their endeavors. "Good on ya," Homeworthy, you're really finding some *wonderful things..
This was just stunning to witness such a long family history being so lovingly looked after and memorialized. I would love to stay at her b&b, although the waiting list must be quite long. Blessings to her and to her family for the preservation efforts they have put in, but especially Mrs. Geer herself. Bravo!
Charlotte looks and sounds like Diane Keaton.❤️ This visit was delightful. I would feel comfortable living there as a home. I love the Geer family bible story, the large rabbit portrait, that the farm grows Christmas trees, and that her siblings have their own places to live on the farm. I would imagine the weddings are fun there with very beautiful photo opportunities.❤️
Very very interesting. Lucky to have family living so close on a big farm. Clever idea to hide the modern light switches and electric outlets and stove. Sorry, but the background music is a distraction.
Such a kindred spirit, I so enjoyed the tour of her home and the family farm. It was such a pleasure to see her love and enthusiasm for her beautiful period home. Thank you.
I live in the Christmas tree capital of Canada. I have only sold wild unsheared trees off my off-grid farm but also sold lots of wreaths to Boston etc.
How amazing! Such a beautiful place, a great job at restoring and presenting it, and such an incredible story about the family bible. I live in Devon, England, btw, where the original Heavitree is a suburb of our beautiful city of Exeter. I know Heavitree very well. :)
This home is gorgeous!!!! I would love to see more of these type of homes. I just think they’re so authentic. If you ever find more if these type of primitive/colonial homes, please do so! Thank you so much for sharing. This was an awesome video.
I have a set of Wedgwood, Charlotte! China that was made in England. I do come across old Bibles. Thank God they are blank! I love the way you hide the light switches!
This is a beautiful tour but It dawned on me that around minute 3:51 the music got really annoying, and distracting..... But a wonderful story nonetheless!
I salute the attempt to recreate a colonial inspired house! Parlor is fine but the Victorian grand piano is not quite in harmony with the rest furnishings. A square pianoforte or a small clavichord would be more appropriate. In whole very nice 👌
As a literary scholar who works in archives...she should not leave the Bible open like that. I know she's propping it up with a book underneath. And perhaps she is only temporarily displaying the Bible in that manner just for the tour. But for viewing in archives, books are held up with two triangular pieces of foam: They serve to support the spine.
….yes to hiding outlets out of principle…am now going to aspire to have a deep red kitchen as well…lovely all around…and no accidents in my world so the Bible came back to you for sure🤍🙌🏼🤍
Mrs. Greer was the best part of this tour. So sweet and passionate about her incredible home. She is the reason I will visit this lovely B&B 🤩🌟

the world needs more people like this
I agree! Charlotte is the warmest and most welcoming host!
Ok I LOVE how passionate she is, it's totally contagious
Right! It’s awesome to see someone so happy! 🙏
She reminds me so much of Diane Keaton! And such a beautiful home! Love the attention to detail and the history of the land!

absolutely fabulous, and the story behind the family bible is indeed a miracle! Thank you for sharing your B&B with us!
This home is AMAZING and the surroundings. What a dream!
I love her and I want to stay there! I love how she hides the switches and other current "necessities."
What a truly lovely treat. Beautiful!
What a sweet, sweet place and her energy and passion is just amazing.
What a beautiful place and enchanting host ... so touching to see the return of the Book of Life come back to her family.
What an awesome farm and wonderful lady who runs the show! Enjoyed the tour.
Stunning display of respect for this home
What a wonderful home! Gorgeous!
OMG! This is one of my favorite visits so far! I love the colonial/primitive New England look. This is beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
That Bible is beautiful and what an amazing find!
I want to stay there! Love the views, primitive lifestyle and tavern. 🥰
Her excitement and passion is wonderful.

Same reason that I got rid of my rope beds. I’m not that much of a purist. I’m a huge fan of comfort.
I’m from Massachusetts and I’ve had lunch at the wayside and it’s absolutely beautiful! You did a perfect job!
Yes Geer tree farm. They have the most beautiful trees
I absolutely love this!

Wonderful video, but the music in the background is really distracting!
Thenk you!
PERFECTION!!! ❤️
I know it's a B & B, but I wouldn't want to let anyone stay there and mess up my beautiful house LOL.
Love Love!!
Amazing house, lovely lady. Would love to stay there
This is a beautiful tour but It dawned on me that around minute 3:51 the music got really annoying, and distracting..... But a wonderful story nonetheless!
Super cute! 💗
Awesome house
Beautiful
Very interesting. Thank you!
Simply beautiful. ❤️
I love this channel!!
Absolutely love this, but it's so annoying when the "background" music in videos is louder than the voice of the person speaking... drives me insane.
Thank you! Same here...it is just so unnecessary to have "entertainment" slapped on an already really interesting video.
Love it
She missed a modern light switch by the stairs.
Hello
😍😍😍
I salute the attempt to recreate a colonial inspired house! Parlor is fine but the Victorian grand piano is not quite in harmony with the rest furnishings. A square pianoforte or a small clavichord would be more appropriate. In whole very nice 👌
I want to see the furniture, I also like to see the walls in detail, but I have memorize her face.
Cant hear her over the annoying piano music
Music is annoying and makes it hard to hear what she is saying
Music didnt worry me the b,b stunning
Wait, did she say she moved the farmhouse onto the property, or she moved in?
Ok you’re telling me this isn’t Moira rose?
