This is why I love this channel. Angie doesn't use filters for her camera or her opinions. She didn't just blare out that she didn't like the foundation. She showed us why and she tried using it several ways so I think Angie did a great and honest review.
I’m sorry this didn’t work for you but OMG this video made me laugh so much and kick started my day. Finally a UA-cam video about this makeup that is real! Hope you can return it all.
My favorite was the talking primer! I am so glad she does these reviews because she shows us the photos and outside view and it looks good! Of course, cameras are not as good as eyes.
Funny.... I am 53, and fell in love with the foundation right off the bat. I used the primer, with Colleen Rothschild SPF 25, and set it with IT Cosmetics pressed setting powder. It lasted all day, I had a beautiful, "your-skin-but-better" complexion, and no settling into my lines. I have an oily t zone and normal skin type on the rest of my face. Weird how cosmetics work differently on everybody.
D Smith Sounds like your skin is the same as mine and we used the same products, but I had a HUGELY different outcome. Age 50, Normal skin, just barely oily T-zone if it's warm, used same primer, spf and powder. I don't have any obvious wrinkles and this aged me 10 years at least. Really awful looking, so I tried a few more times with other primers and spf and same results. It's amazing how products are so finicky on some people and lovely on others. I'm glad it worked for you. 💗
D Smith I tried it with the IT Cosmetics powder too! But for me it just cracked at every expression line - and I did it with and without primers. Hourglass mineral veil, SmashBox photofinish and By Terry Densillis primer --- do you have a good primer recommendation? No matter what this foundation cracks on me at every expression part of my face.
I'm 41 with incredibly oily skin and also slightly textured and even though I get oily 6 hours in, I blot and looks freshly applied. After 12 hOurs, it still doesn't look cakey. It's the first time ever when I don't have to mix it with another foundation to make it work. It is my holy grail. :)
I have been using it for 1 week now, every day. I am 53 with oily skin. If you put too much on it will look like what happened to you. Use it very lightly and set with the powder and it is great!!
Thanks for the Review Angie, please don't let any of the negative comments bother you, we long time subbies appreciate your honest reviews, and love you! BTW love your eyes today!!
i'm over 40 with dry skin and large pores, but this applied beautifully on my skin - even more so when i mixed it with a drop of face oil. even without the oil, though, it looked pretty good on me and had a pore blurring effect. also, i have 2 of the matchstix and had no problems blending them, or with them removing the foundation underneath. in fact, amber is now my new favorite contour product because of the cool tone and ease of application. also, the 100 shade worked for me, and finding shades to match my skintone is difficult. ... so i would recommend that people try it to see if it works for them - especially if they have trouble finding matching shades in other brands.

I think it's great Rihanna thought about Every skin color but it's sad she didn't think of every skin type. I hope she comes out with more formulas, I think mature skin is most often overlooked
It’s much easier to finesse a foundation to your skin type. Imagine needing to buy and mix multi shades just to get something close to your skin color.
I like the foundation... I think it works best with the primer for me. I got the primer, foundation and Matchstick trio as well. I apply with my Elf brush and wear mine for at least 9 hours. I apply the sticks, esp the contour stick with by brushing across stick and then apply. The highlight I can do without.
I will never get this foundation..there are to many other amazing foundations on the market..and seeing how it dries down, and all the other beauty guru's testing it..none of them looked good with it...thanks for your honesty Angie
there is a difference between being honest and being positive as long as there is no backlash on these videos..i dont know why so many of you are up in arms against people who dont feel the same way about this foundation..you must be watching the wrong videos because i saw a mixed bag of reviews and obvious fake reviews who dont want to cause drama
Whenever I look at your face I only seen normal expression lines, never actual wrinkles. But damn this actually made you look like you had wrinkles... strange!
Thank you Angie for the outdoor lighting review of the foundation! It tells the tale. That is why I watch you , you take it outside and in other lighting not just umbrella lights that camouflage imperfections. Good job!!
I'm sooo happy to find your channel for ladies over 50😇 Being a Diva at 52 y/o, her makeup doesn't cake into my creases; natural/reduced my pores. Her blotting powder will help that, a must!
Ugh!...totally agree with your review of this. I wanted to like it but it just did not work on my 53 year old skin. Thanks for sharing because I was wondering if it was just me!
It looks great on my combination skin with and without primer. I'm 44 and it lasts all day without sinking into my skin. I took a look at the YSL foundation but the color range is extremely limited. Just shows that not all foundations work for every skin tone, skin type, and age range.
I actually really like this foundation on my normal-to-dry, late 40s skin. Not with the Fenty primer (the combo is too drying) but great over the Too Faced primer. I agree with a previous comment saying it might not sit well over your spf. I thought I was going to like the ysl all hours but it is chock full of alcohol denat which I prefer to avoid.
Thanks for your honesty Angie! Can't get enough of your videos. The fact that you are an honest blogger, makes all the difference between you and the rest!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Thanks Kendall! I went down to see mom today! So great to see her and give her a big hug & kiss... really brightened both our days! Thanks for the well wishes. xo ~angie
Thank you for such an honest review, Angie! This was the best review on the collection I've seen, so far! I think other UA-camrs were afraid to be too blunt, but you weren't. What a breath of fresh air!
This is such a pretty foundation looks natural on my 53 old skin and doesn't settle in my fine lines and drys nicely where when you touch it it's not on your fingers. I use it with the kabuki sigma and it works really well. I did have to change the color but once I had the right color it's really nice. It goes to show how everyone's skin is different we all have different skin and skin care. I haven't seen if you tried the too faced peach perfect matte foundation would love to see what you think.
I got the Peach Perfect at the same time as this, but haven't tried it yet, gonna use it today! I love how the industry has done a 180 from last year when ALL the new foundations were glowy & luminous... now they're all matte so more options for us combo girls. Glad you like the Fenty!!
HotandFlashy it's so true Angie. I like my skin to look youthful but I couldn't get into some of the glow foundations it would look to shiny and it would be on the phone, on your fingers and anything else you touched. I'm so glad your trying the too faced one can't wait to hear what you think. I'm also looking forward to trying the Huda foundation that will be out next month it's called faux filter and she has 30 colors. What to do so many foundations I don't think I get through a whole bottle because I'm always looking for the next best thing....Lol
No one foundation is going to work for everyone. I have the foundation and it looks beautiful. I’m in my 40s, I don’t have any wrinkles but I do have oily skin. I don’t use the primer as I found that contributed to my shine. I put a tiny bit of Becca primer on then dust some blotting powder on my shiny areas before applying the foundation with a brush in a stippling motion. It blurs my pores and keeps my shine away for at least 5 hours. As a person of color, Chanel and Ysl don’t provide enough shades for us. While I’m able to sometimes find a shade in those popular brands my sister can not. I’m glad Fenty is now an option. I wouldn’t say it doesn’t work for mature skin because I’ve been in Sephora and I’ve talked to other woman in their 40s and 50s and they liked it a lot. I think it just depends on the person and their skin. We’re all different. Sorry It didn’t work for you but you have a ton of options to try.
I LOVE that this line has so many shades, and especially that it has so many deeper shades. I hope it works great for most people. And I hope more brands will produce many more deeper shades of foundation. Of course not everything will look great on everyone. Thanks for the thorough review, Angie!
Thank you Angie for your honest and full reviews. I really do trust you. You must really love us to go through the hell you did with this product. You have such a great personality!
Great review, thank you! From the reviews I have seen, Fenty foundation is not great for dry or mature skin, but young or oily skin loves it. Also, it looks like those sticks work best if they get warmed up first, on the back of your hand maybe. What a lot of work! I'll just go with easier makeup made more for my skin.
you have become my most trusted youtuber!!! I'm 36 but always turn to you for advise for foundations especially but all makeup in general....thanks for all the hard work and honest reviews
I am so shocked and so sorry this didn't work for you. I am 46 and SUPER oily(the only plus to the oil- it has prevented wrinkling). The combo of the primer and foundation has been incredible for me. I usually can't make it 2 hours without being an oil slick, but this has stayed looking great for 6 -10hrs (minimal blotting-very big accomplishment for my face). I loved the results so much I bought the powder. I haven't tried the March Stix simple because they are cream to powder--that lends its self to blending issues. They probably would work great without the foundation.
how have you found the foundation to react to your oils? i've found most matte foundations are very intolerant to oil/moisture in general and rub off/break down more easily than dewy/satiny foundations do when they come into contact, so i'm curious
Gaptoothredheadedsinger Wow I tried this with 3 different primers including the Fenty one and within a few hours every smile line looked like a pavement crack and I had to smudge them out. I also tried with and without moisturizer beneath the primer. ---What moisturizer do you use or do you use one before the Fenty primer? I also tried Bare Minerals Veil blurring powder and the IT Cosmetics poreless powder - they made it look a little better after application but the effect didn't last long. Do you have a good powder to use with these?
The finish of it, that’s how Marc Jacobs remarcable was for me, settled into every line and pore I had. I’m really liking YSL all hours currently, no sinking into lines or pores with that one. For me I feel when I look in the mirror wearing this, my skin actually looks quite good.
Thank you Angie for saving me the time of going to buy this then end up making another trip to return it. I'm 63 and always always wait for you to try foundations for us and give us the reviews on how it worked on your skin. I have the same skin issues as yourself so I totally trust you. Got the YSL on my list to get next. I really appreciate all your hard work doing these videos. Praying for your mom to recover. Have a fantastic weekend.😘
People please try this on your skin not everyone can wear the same foundations with the same results, Angie has said many many times just because it doesn't work for her it's best to try it for yourself this is her opinion on her skin type, there are many things to factor in including age differences. Take reviews in consideration then try and decide for yourself... thx Angie for all your work involved to make these reviews....
If you have mature or dry skin, this foundation should be avoided, but that is pretty much the case with any matte foundation. Matte foundations are more suited for oily skin types that don't have texture.
i can't thank you enough for the concealer video you've made a while ago-im suuuuper obsessed with the lancôme concealer, it's my holy grail concealer and i just tried it because of your recommendation, thannnk yoooou!!
Hey Angie! I've been asked to test this out but I think I'm passing on this one because it seems like it's an oily/combo disaster. Your review confirms this for me! You know, I loved that Chanel when I did a road test on it, but I only had a tester. I keep thinking about purchasing it and never do. I need to bite the bullet and just do it Angie! It really was so great! I always buy foundations to test (some work out and some don't), so why not buy one for purely for ME?! LOL!
I am 29 and I have to admit your skin looks a dozen times better than mine thanks to all the work you put in it. I thought this foundation looked just fine on you and there wasn't any major creasing on the day with a primer. It got shiny maybe, but everything else you mentioned would be really hard to notice unless you inspect the skin up close and personal. I feel like your standards about your skin are very high these days, that's why even minimal imperfection makes you hate the foundation. Maybe the box lights make everything look nicer than in person, but then I look at the outdoor footage and only notice how beautiful and smooth your skin is. Thank you for the review anyway. You do an amazing job, Angie. I really respect you for all the hard work you put in.
I agree with taking this review with a grain of salt. Angie you are one 50ish face out here and this is your platform. So clique, but so true what doesn't work for you may definitely work on another 50ish face. Being 50 I declined to purchase because I do have dry skin and the glitter is just not my thing that's all...nothing more nothing less! thanks for your time Angie!
Thank you so much for testing this for us. You looked more unhappy than I've seen you look before when trying anything. I really appreciate seeing such thorough and scrupulous testing. Take care. x
There is no way I would ever buy this makeup after seeing the way this wears! There are to many other foundations that really work. The plus is your eyes look great! I am with you as I would have to get it off my face ASAP! 🙏
Angie, thank you for your honest review! I am 50 and have similar skin, so your realistic lighting and close-ups are a huge help. This is why I follow you!
I like it but I hated it the first day. I am a lot darker than you but I am in shade 220. The fenty primer was way to drying for me with the fenty foundation but I liked it a lot better with my Becca Backlit primer. I haven't figured out what setting powder to use with it because my regular go too is a bit too drying. I am almost 39 with oily skin. Foundation is finicky but it lasts alllll day for me so that's what makes it with it. Once I started using a different primer, I think it looks amazing on.
Just found you and in the middle of a video binge. First, you are lovely. I appreciate your honesty and the close ups that are ACTUALLY close ups. Thumbs up.
We may have twin faces. When you dislike a foundation, I will too. And when you love a foundation, I will too. So you've saved me money here! I appreciate your honesty and love the way you take the time to review products and give it a fair shot.
This surprises me. I bought just the foundation and wore it with another brand of primer and powder. My paralegal said my skin looked flawless. I really like it, and I'm 61 with just a bit of shine after several hours in my t-zone. I guess it's different on everyone. I got shade 130.
Your reviews are so incredibly detailed and honest. I appreciate your work smooch!! It works nicely on my 45 year-old combo skin, but not mind -blowing. Would definitely only wear it on a very good skin day. I still appreciate that she has started off with 40 shades, even if the first formula is geared toward (perhaps) a younger skin type? I am hoping she comes out with more formulas for different skin types and finishes, while maintaining the shade range. Hopefully more lines will follow her lead as far as shade offerings when possible :)
Angelina Borsellino there are alot of foundation that work great with sunscreen. Since that part is a must have if that is the case then the foundation is a no
As a melanoma warrior, any foundation that goes on my face must work with the sunscreen...not the other way around. Shouldn't have to give up sun protection because the foundation doesn't like it. I'm sure us sunscreen wearers have a ton that work so why cater to the ones that don't?
I’m going to share this video with my friends so they can see what I was talking about when I said I hated the new Fenty foundation. I was so excited to try it . I ran out to buy it got home put it on and immediately knew it wasn’t going to work but I tried it the second day to give it a fair chance. When my husband said what’s wrong with your face? I knew it had to go plus I just felt ugly in it. It sank into every wrinkle plus new ones I didn’t even know I had. Thanks for your honest review and good luck with the Fenty followers they seem to think everyone should love the foundation.
I clutched my pearls when I saw that you actually did a video on this brand! In true Hot n' Flashy fashion, you took no prisoners 😂 I haven't tried it just yet because I'm almost certain of how I'm going to feel about the formulas (because I'm in the industry) but I root for the spirit of the brand. One day I'll break down & review it. Love your personality and I'll have you know you have viewers of all wrinkle-free ages who love your content.
I got a sample from Sephora and loved the formula. I ended up buying it in a slightly different color that matches me better. I have not had the same experience as you at all. It is the best foundation I've ever tried! It's also the first time I've ever had a foundation that matches me perfectly.
I tried the Fenty foundation as well. Like you, I wanted to like it but, also like you, I found it had drawbacks on my 54-year old skin. From a distance, I have to say it looks amazing. I had photos taken on two different days while wearing it, and they look great; but up close this foundation did not do well in my problem areas. I use a pore-minimizing primer; the foundation appeared super cakey in those areas and actually seemed to accentuate rather than blur the texture despite the pore-minimizing primer. It also cracked where my face moves, like smile lines around the mouth. It did, on the other hand, stay fairly matte without powder and the coverage is great. In fact, though I have extremely oily skin, I felt kind of dry all day with this foundation. For a younger person with oily skin, this may be a good choice, but concur with you that it's not for mature ladies. Still love Rihanna though!
You usually look so great that this was almost like intentional sci-fi makeup! Thank you for going through this trauma so that we don't have to. Awful for you but an enjoyable video for us. Love your passion here. We do appreciate it. Hope your mother does well in rehab. Your father must be exhausted. Our best wishes for all of you go with you.
Thanks Suzy! Mom is getting better every day and should be going home soon! You must have been through something similar to think about dad. He'd never admit it but he's pretty tired and of course not eating right. I've gotta find some time to spend a few days with them and fill their freezer with meals! xo ~angie
Wow! I thought I was the only one on the planet who had the large pores between my brows, nose and chin! Appreciate the honesty and the extreme close ups! 😀
Oh my goodness Angie! You're tempting fate mentioning that YSL All Hours again and not liking Rihanna. 😂😂😂 I don't fancy any of the Fenty Beauty apart from the lip gloss. The packaging is beautiful though and I commend the shade range. Foundation is such a personal thing and we all want different things. Thanks for reviewing. 💋
Thank you so much. I did not realized it was so much work.i guess I will have to do the basic since I am just starting out. What would you recommend. I am sorry to be pain. Thanks for your precious time.
I loved it when I tried it on in Ulta. Bought it and went over to Target, shopped and took a pic out in the sun. I thought it was lovely until I looked close-up and it’s horrible. It was literally sitting on top of my skin and made my skin texture look more pronounced. I was deciding between this one and Laura Mercier Flawless Tinted Moisturizer. I am a loyal Laura Mercier, Clinique and Too Faced fan so Inhad no problems returning this for the LM tinted moisturizer. I do wish I had asked to try on a primer with this foundation but I am happy with my purchase. I think the Fenty shouldn’t have been this bad on its own, it was literally sitting on top of my skin. I could see that and I have cataracts.
I just have to say that I am so thankful I stumbled upon your video. I subscribed before the video was even half over because you are the most real UA-camr that gives the most real reviews on skin that’s just like mine. I appreciate that you did more than one shade review and showed us up close and personal four different types of light how it’s sitting on your face. I don’t think I’ve seen a more informative make up Review before and now I’m hooked! I need to re-watch and find out what your suggestion is because I’m getting it like tomorrow. Thanks so much for being so real and down to earth.🥰
Sorry but I first commented under my son’s account not realizing he was signed in not me. So I copied and pasted my comment under my account. So if you notice another comment that exactly this, sorry it’s me. Lol
hi Angie! thnx for the great review, as always, but oh my, this video was hilarious! you cracked me up! 😂😂😂 you just made my day.... on a serious note, I'm happy to know your mom's doing better, I wish her a prompt recovery... have a nice weekend! :)
Thanks Angie , I'm going to save my money & try the YSL All hours . I went to my local department store to look at The Fenty range & there was a cordoned off queue lining back all the way outside in the rain with a security guard controlling the line . Clearly the Rihanna hype has worked !
I purchased this and this same thing happened to me and I just thought I applied it wrong but done exactly as you did! Thank you for this video and the honesty for now I know is was not me but the product!
I've been waiting for this one! LOL There's just something about it that it glows from within on everyone even when up close it's a hot mess. It's bizarre. I'm finally over my intrigue though now that I've seen it on mature skin like mine. It still glows on you but yeah, this stuff is best for under 30 normal (not super oily or at all dry) skin with no texture or breakouts so...pretty much anyone who doesn't actually need foundation. LOL Thanks for taking one for the team for us!
Love your videos Angie, who knew when we were in our 20's and able to wear almost any foundation, that in our 40's plus it would be so hard to find a good one. I also struggle with eyeshadow it looks like somebody has engraved a pattern on my eyelids and it's not a pretty pattern either. Lol.
I too miss the days we could wear any makeup, and walk out the door and not look in a mirror. I know what you mean about eyeshadow, try mally creme in a stick, love it. it dries.
I didn't even wear foundation until my 40's! Didn't need it! And I went from 0 to 40 overnight 😂😂😂 I'm still trying to catch up with this bs my skin is trying to do to me!
Same, I might do some powder but overall my skin was great and I didnt usually wear foundation. AND because of that, I just dont even like foundation. But now I need it!
I'm so glad I watched this! It looked yellow on you to me. I think it is for 18 y/o skin with no pimples. Others are saying it's good, I don't understand. Thank you very much.
I was really curious about how this line would work on mature skin. Thanks for doing the work for me, and saving me time and money. I'll stick with my tried and true.
Hello Angie & thanks for the honesty about that contour stick I've notice so many saying is just a little hard but that's okay they all say but clearly I see them having a difficult time blending it even with a damp sponge & here you said the truth i was waiting for 👍🏼
This makeup look (minus the foundation I know you don't care for) is gorgeous!!! Can you do a tutorial on it please? The eyeshadows, blush & lipgloss are all beautiful on you! ❤️
I just purchased this foundation, and just discovered your channel. I thought I would come check out your review. I experienced none of this, I'm 48. I'm glad I didn't take your word for it, I would have missed out on a great foundation. I will be cautious of your reviews. I came back because I remember that I wanted to comment above the smell. I am extremely sensitive to smells. I can't use lots of products due to the scents and this is not one of them. I found that to be a very odd comment.
Gurl!! I came for the tea and you did not disappoint!! I wish I would have seen this before buying since I have the exact problem with the cracking and creasing in my fine lines!!! I've tries several setting powders and it's still so tacky. I thought it was just me! The phone test is brilliant!!
Not sure if you've done it yet (I don't think so) but IT cosmetics has a new foundation if you'd like to review it as well - IT COSMETICS Bye Bye Lines Foundation + Serum. Thanks forever, Angie!
This is why I love this channel. Angie doesn't use filters for her camera or her opinions. She didn't just blare out that she didn't like the foundation. She showed us why and she tried using it several ways so I think Angie did a great and honest review.
Nobody could ever accuse you of not trying your hardest to make this work! The foundation is definitely a love it or hate it kinda product.
I like that you tried this 3 different ways to get it to work. that was a fair assessment.

Your foundation reviews are my favourite! Thank you for all the work you put into your reviews :)
Lynette Matalasi I
I have been using it for 1 week now, every day.
No worries! There's always a lot of heat when I love or hate a foundation... But I call 'em like I see 'em!
You are such a beautiful and honest youtuber. Love love you sweetie!
Your comments made me giggle...omg when you said "call an ambulance" I almost died. Funny. Thanks.
i'm over 40 with dry skin and large pores, but this applied beautifully on my skin - even more so when i mixed it with a drop of face oil. even without the oil, though, it looked pretty good on me and had a pore blurring effect. also, i have 2 of the matchstix and had no problems blending them, or with them removing the foundation underneath. in fact, amber is now my new favorite contour product because of the cool tone and ease of application. also, the 100 shade worked for me, and finding shades to match my skintone is difficult. ... so i would recommend that people try it to see if it works for them - especially if they have trouble finding matching shades in other brands.

Tímea Tarjányi I agree!
No it's not. Darker shades are.
It’s much easier to finesse a foundation to your skin type. Imagine needing to buy and mix multi shades just to get something close to your skin color.
I was laughing at your reactions Angie....LOL😂😂😂😂😂😂😜On the bright side, you're lashes look marvelous!💖

I really appreciate all the effort and time you must be putting in each of these videos, Angie.
I will never get this foundation..there are to many other amazing foundations on the market..and seeing how it dries down, and all the other beauty guru's testing it..none of them looked good with it...thanks for your honesty Angie
Curious who did you think looked bad in it? there are a lot of reviews of this and I've watched many of them, I thought people looked great.
pinkabuki That's what I thought. I have watched quite a lot of them and most seemed positive
there is a difference between being honest and being positive as long as there is no backlash on these videos..i dont know why so many of you are up in arms against people who dont feel the same way about this foundation..you must be watching the wrong videos because i saw a mixed bag of reviews and obvious fake reviews who dont want to cause drama
TranceDivine same here.
Thank you for a really honest and true review. You are in my age range, that's why I love your channel.
This foundation works beautifully with my skin and I am in my mid forties. I was actually quite impressed with it.
I appreciate how you don't bombard your videos with ads in between and really gives us the focus on the content ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for reviewing this, it was really informative. Wishing your mom a speedy recovery and hope you get to see her soon.
Thanks Kendall! I went down to see mom today! So great to see her and give her a big hug & kiss... really brightened both our days! Thanks for the well wishes. xo ~angie
Thoughts and prayers for your mom Angie! I love your channel!
Thanks so much Mary!! She's doing much better
Thank you for such an honest review, Angie! This was the best review on the collection I've seen, so far! I think other UA-camrs were afraid to be too blunt, but you weren't. What a breath of fresh air!
Thanks for your honest review. You, emilynoel and thataylaa are the only you tubers I really trust. You three have saved me so much $$.
So thank you!!
You. Are. The. Best. I love you and your videos so much. Thanks for the comedy, honesty and most of all for being a true you. 😊
you have become my most trusted youtuber!!!
Gaptoothredheadedsinger is the powder worth getting?
Gaptoothredheadedsinger Wow I tried this with 3 different primers including the Fenty one and within a few hours every smile line looked like a pavement crack and I had to smudge them out. I also tried with and without moisturizer beneath the primer. ---What moisturizer do you use or do you use one before the Fenty primer?
I also tried Bare Minerals Veil blurring powder and the IT Cosmetics poreless powder - they made it look a little better after application but the effect didn't last long.
Do you have a good powder to use with these?
I used with the Smashbox Primer Oil and it worked great for my normal to dry skin. As a matter of fact, it looked better as the day went on.
The finish of it, that’s how Marc Jacobs remarcable was for me, settled into every line and pore I had. I’m really liking YSL all hours currently, no sinking into lines or pores with that one. For me I feel when I look in the mirror wearing this, my skin actually looks quite good.
So happy you review items for mature women, you have been so helpful to me and please keep up the great work!!!
Angie, you have the best reviews. I love your videos. Great job like always.
Thanks so much! Mom's healing nicely but needs to regain her strength. I visited today and she looks good! xo ~angie
HotandFlashy awe that's good news on your mom.😘
People please try this on your skin not everyone can wear the same foundations with the same results, Angie has said many many times just because it doesn't work for her it's best to try it for yourself this is her opinion on her skin type, there are many things to factor in including age differences. Take reviews in consideration then try and decide for yourself... thx Angie for all your work involved to make these reviews....
I couldn't agree more!
If you have mature or dry skin, this foundation should be avoided, but that is pretty much the case with any matte foundation. Matte foundations are more suited for oily skin types that don't have texture.
what i love about you.. is that you are honest!! and looking good !
i can't thank you enough for the concealer video you've made a while ago-im suuuuper obsessed with the lancôme concealer, it's my holy grail concealer and i just tried it because of your recommendation, thannnk yoooou!!
LOL!
And, since you're always testing other foundations, the Chanel lasts forever!! If you get it you won't be disappointed! xo ~angie
Hi Angie, I love the pressure you put on the primer, very funny. 😂😂😂
Yours are the only reviews I trust on new launches! Everyone was gushing over the Fenty line and I thought, "Nope, I need Angie's opinion first."
Thank you so much for testing this for us. You looked more unhappy than I've seen you look before when trying anything. I really appreciate seeing such thorough and scrupulous testing. Take care. x
Thank you Angie! Wishing your mother well and a thorough, quick recovery.
Thanks so much Jennifer!
Yay!! I bought the lip gloss, but was on the fence about this foundation! Thanks for the review 😊!
I love your product reviews. This is how everyone should do them. Thanks so much.
I hope your mom will get better and i wish her fast recovery. This was a great video as always.
Thank you!
Been waiting for you!!! ;) Angie, will you please keep us updated on the Nuface attachments?!
Shelly Angulo Yes, please to the attachments and thanks for sharing!
yes please!!
Agreed. Please review the nuface attachment.
Please also review the nuface leave on 24 gold gel
I think the issue with the base foundation not setting to a full mat finish is bc if your sunscreen underneath.
Truthiness agree
I’m going to share this video with my friends so they can see what I was talking about when I said I hated the new Fenty foundation. I was so excited to try it . I ran out to buy it got home put it on and immediately knew it wasn’t going to work but I tried it the second day to give it a fair chance. When my husband said what’s wrong with your face? I knew it had to go plus I just felt ugly in it. It sank into every wrinkle plus new ones I didn’t even know I had. Thanks for your honest review and good luck with the Fenty followers they seem to think everyone should love the foundation.
Leave it to hubs to cut right to the chase! LOl
Thank you for your honesty, great video Angie!
So glad i watched this. I am 53 and was thinking of trying this makeup, which would have been a mistake. Thank you!
Hi Angie, your makeup looks great today ! Thanks for the review ! Have a great week, ox Denise
you have just saved me a trip to Harvey nicks. Always fair and honest and tested in a variety of ways and conditions - thankyou
Oh my goodness Angie! You're tempting fate mentioning that YSL All Hours again and not liking Rihanna. 😂😂😂
I don't fancy any of the Fenty Beauty apart from the lip gloss. The packaging is beautiful though and I commend the shade range. Foundation is such a personal thing and we all want different things.
Thanks for reviewing. 💋
IKR?
You are a TROOPER ! U took one for the team on this one! 👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you for this review. I've been seriously considering buying but I will definitely pass on it now.
Great review Angie. Appreciate your honesty as always! Your eye makeup looks gorgeous! Thanks for taking one for the 50+ team. ;)
Thank you!!
Excellent video! Thanks for your honest, thorough review.
Thank you Angie, always can count on you for an honest and well supported review!
Lol
I love foundation fridays.
hi Angie! thnx for the great review, as always, but oh my, this video was hilarious! you cracked me up! 😂😂😂 you just made my day.... on a serious note, I'm happy to know your mom's doing better, I wish her a prompt recovery... have a nice weekend! :)
Thanks so much, mom can't wait to get out of the rehab!
Thanks Angie , I'm going to save my money & try the YSL All hours . I went to my local department store to look at The Fenty range & there was a cordoned off queue lining back all the way outside in the rain with a security guard controlling the line . Clearly the Rihanna hype has worked !
Thanks for your honest review Angie!
Lol.
The struggle is REAL!! Have you tried the Too Faced Shadow Insurance eyelid primer? smoothes out those eye lie crinkles!
I too miss the days we could wear any makeup, and walk out the door and not
look in a mirror.
Great review! I personally love Wet n Wild foundation! It wears so well, with medium coverage. It doesn't oxidize & it's my holy grail foundation 😊❤️
Tania M I wish we could get it here in the UK. X
Cracking me up again, Angie! That poor primer, such pressure! 😆 Thanks for your thorough, honest review.
Thanks for another great and honest review! Will you please do a review on the Too Faced Peach Perfect matte foundation?
Angie your skin looks so smooth!
Pores for me are such a pain.
I have been doing glycolic acid peels.
thanks Jennifer
Not sure if you've done it yet (I don't think so) but IT cosmetics has a new foundation if you'd like to review it as well - IT COSMETICS Bye Bye Lines Foundation + Serum. Thanks forever, Angie!
