@@superkiller131313 since you got to take 2 pills. I suggest you eat something light and take 1 before working out. The next one should be taken after workout with second meal!

I have taken 2 caplets a day, it's been 4 days. But I notice my urine colour got change like very yellow or like a bit green. Do I need to stop it or its just normal
The cause of this is excess amount of vitamin b2 in your body. Happened to me too, it’s not anything bad tho
It’s just an indication of excess b2 , which isn’t considered harmful, the excess is excreted in urine hence the bright yellow color
