Good video I’m in the process of changing my front and back I have 9000 miles on the tires your videos are very informative thank you keep up the good work!
Hi George! It's good to hear from you brother! What did you decide to change them to?
@@ontherebel11 I just ordered a Shinto 777 heavy duty rear 180/65/16 and a Shinto 777 heavy duty front 130/70/18
Shinko
@@georgesienny7003 I've heard good things about them! Please let us know how they feel, it would be cool to compare the Cruistecs to the 777
Great job!
Thank you!
very well done sir!
Thank you sir! 🙏
Great video. This is fantastic. Thank you.
Thank you Billybob! Much appreciated brother 🙏
@@ontherebel11 I even bought the exact lift and hammer you're using.
@@billybobhammer that's so cool! They are awesome tools! 👌
good
Thank you Wei!
How are you? Are you doing OK?
There will be huge snow storm expected here in KS tomorrow.
Watching your clips is one of my joy, and I am waiting for yours always.
The amazon link of front tire stand does not work. I am thinking to purchase a pitbull stand for a rear one.
Hope you are well, and to see you next clips soon.
I'm doing great Michael, thank for asking brother, hope you are doing great my man! I sincerely appreciate your encouragement and kind words, thank you Michael!! Our winter storm just passed through a couple of days ago, i hope you are not sending us another one LOL, a few short weeks before spring is here!! can't wait!
You are right about the front stand..... i just checked and it is out of stock both on amazon and on vortex site.... sorry about that brother here is the link from their website. it's an awesome stand by the way, i'm extremely happy with it, top quality for sure! www.vortexracing.com/product/front-stand-fork-lift/
Hey Gus! If it weren't for your videos I don't know if I would have the confidence to change my own tires! What is that front wheel stand?
Hi JD! Always good to hear from you brother! 🤙
I'm very happy to hear that you are finding the videos helpful man! The front stand is made by vortex! Awesome solid and affordable stand! I love mine!

Great job! Could you provide the link for the stand? Thanks.
Thank you Sergio!!! Here is the stand i got from Amazon, highly recommended!! www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0197M67MG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Wow do you have a link for the air jack you use to support the tire? I kill myself with my tires every time.
Hi Eric! I can't recommend the air shim enough, especially for the rear wheel as it is very awkward with the fender being so close to the wheel, it's hard to do alone. Here's the one I'm using www.homedepot.com/p/Calculated-Industries-Contractor-Grade-AirShim-Inflatable-Pry-Bar-and-Leveling-Tool-that-Holds-Up-To-300-lbs-1190/206697086?source=shoppingads&locale=en-US&&mtc=Shopping-BF-F_D25T-G-D25T-025_001_HAND_TOOLS-Multi-NA-NA-SMART-NA-NA-Hand_Tools&cm_mmc=Shopping-BF-F_D25T-G-D25T-025_001_HAND_TOOLS-Multi-NA-NA-SMART-NA-NA-Hand_Tools-71700000086053656-58700007291967538-92700065470082129&gclid=CjwKCAjw8sCRBhA6EiwA6_IF4QCRf0lOiU4XPvYM9F0t5tx1y_uq7HfCqnsPX09R4akQaafOeIAW_RoCp-kQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
You rock.
How did you lift the back without using the front brake?
Hi Eric! You don't need to apply the brakes while lifting the rear wheel, the wheels of the stand roll underneath the bike. I place a 2x4 block under the side stand to get the bike as upright as possible, then support the bike with my left hand on the saddlebags carrier or fender, and push down on the rear stand with my right hand. Hope that helps my man 👍
I found your reply to Hansen after posting my previous comment. Regarding Harbor Freight, it is only almost 1/4 price compared to Pitbull. Did it fit without any modification?
Thanks,
Hi Michael!! If you don't have the stock exhaust, the harbor freight swingarm stand will work without any modifications. If you still have the stock exhaust, you will need to add a couple of pieces of 2x4 like you see in the linked chain adjustment video ua-cam.com/video/0qF0eLEi-M4/v-deo.html
Thanks for sharing your knowledge always. Here is my simple question. Why did you buy nicer one for front only? Isn't rear one more important due to weight?
I am very happy because I have a connection with a very experienced rider.
@@ourcarrot thank you Michael! I looked everywhere for the harbor freight front stand but I couldn't find it locally, so the next best option for me was the vortex stand. I got a good deal on it on Amazon, otherwise I would definitely have gotten the front harbor freight front stand!
? Where did you get your wheel lifts
Hi Chris! The rear stand is a harbor freight swingarm stand, the front is a vortex stand.

The Amazon link for that front stand doesn’t work anymore. Do you by chance have another link you could provide?
Hi Matt, here you go brother! You might be able to find it cheaper at other places

What kind of lube?
Hi TheACN, I'm using white lithium grease but any grease will do.
