As far as I remember, I've always been overweight and I've never tried to change it. But now, I'm 15 yo and I weigh 100 kg/220 lbs for 1.73m/5'8 and I'm at my worst: I always have back pain, I don't feel good in my body, etc. I've heard about Chloe during quarantine and since I heard about her, I've always tried her workouts without going into the second week, not because it was too hard for me, but because I was losing motivation in doing sport and in eating healthy, and I was not seeing that much results even tho I was feeling way better than when I was not working out or eating healthy. Today, it's the first day when I've gone into the second week and I feel so proud of myself and I want to continue in that way. So today, I'm giving myself a challenge: I have a year to become a better version of myself by working out, eating healthy, being productive, and losing at least 20 kg/44 lbs. I will make updates maybe every 1 or 2 months. And for everyone who's seeing my comment and wants to do or doing Chloe Ting challenge, keep going, you got this! Edit 1 : ok guys, that’s been a while. So, in the first 3 weeks after I posted this comment , I lost 4 kg/8 lbs, and I was very happy ! But I’m not gonna lie, I had a really bad lack of motivation bcoz of personal things going on in my life. Also I have an issue with food ( I don’t think it’s an ED but I just have an issue with controlling my portions and I eat a lot between meals ) that slows me down bcoz every effort that I’m putting in sport and fitness is ruined bcoz of my unhealthy diet ( if anyone has an advise to give me, I’ll be really thankful and I’ll appreciate it ) so that made me feel bad and insecure and told myself “why should I do sport if I cannot eat healthy ?” So I stopped doing sport every day ( I practice volleyball in a club so I did not completely stopped doing sport). I know it’s not an excuse but that’s why I stopped. Also I want to try some other stuff than Chloe ting’s programs( I love Chloe I’m not criticizing her, it’s just that I want to try other things since I only did her workouts). Actually I want to try again but my main priority is to fix my issue with food before trying to workout intensely , since food is 70% of the job. what i love most about chloe is how when she falls over during an exercise she keeps it in the video and just keeps going, it makes her so much more realistic and awesome
I totally agree! I love the fact that she makes some mistakes in her workouts. Even in her recipe videos things don’t always go smoothly or come out right. But it makes her seem like a real person and much more relatable. I just love her!
I feel so sorry about what Chloe has been going through these days. Her workouts are totally amazing and haters are just jealous of what she accomplished. Chloe is inspirational.
For the girls struggling, take your breaks as you need them and keep the motivation up. It's getting better over time, I promise. From the girl who did a 10 minutes workout in 25 minutes in the first day and now just did this workout with no additional breaks (After 1.5 months of workout)! Consistency is the key.

This was my first big workout after having gallbladder surgery and I didn't think I'd finish but I did! I'm really proud of myself. Your videos help a lot!!
I JUST FINISHED THE CHALLENGE 😌 i couldn't eat clean for 2 weeks but here are the results : i lost 3 kg and my abs are more defined i can see that i have gained some muscles on my arms and legs . i lost 3 cm from my waist and 2 cm from my thighs ( i have fat thighs) i will do it again with calorie deficit to see more results .
I can’t believe I actually finished this. It was hard and Fun. I’ve been having health and mental health problems for a few months and stopped exercising altogether when I used to be an avid jogger and hiker. I’m on my way back up out of this hole. Thank you 🙏🏻 Chloe

I just thrive to eat 100 g of protein my goal is 120, 80g of carb more or less and 40ish to 50 g of fats. I have a very busy schedule and most days I struggle to get food in my body unfortunately.

I love how you show the “fails” also. Like if you lose balance or have the wrong coordination it’s not taken out or covered up. It’s all real and it’s great to see even someone so much fitter or stronger then me still can stuff up a move also or get tired. Keep being awesome🔥
When I first started doing Chloe's workouts, I lowkey thought that I would just tone up a bit and not lose any weight. Now that I've completed the 2021 Get Fit challenge and am almost done with the 2 week shred, I can confidently say that, although it isn't much, i've dropped about 2.2kg and noticed that my legs and stomach have gotten thinner. Every time that I do these workouts, I can physically feel myself getting stronger and dropping the weight. Thank you Chloe for providing these amazing workouts and changing the lives of so many around the world.😌😍 Also, to anyone reading this, you can do it, even if it's hard at first. For anyone reading this BEFORE doing the workout- it seem super hard and extremely long but once you start it only gets shorter and shorter and then your done and your super proud of yourself

God, I'm on day 12 of a two week challenge right now. Every time I train, I want to quit because it's hard for me. But I look in the mirror and understand that I want a body better than my current one. Therefore, even after a two-week challenge, I will go on no matter what and no matter how hard it may be. I go to meet my desires. If anyone is reading this, please know: that you should never give up half way. It's better to regret what you tried and failed than to torment yourself with the thought that you never tried.

It took me 10 months to be able to do a hiit with no breaks & some days I still take breaks ,She mentioned before that it took her 5 years to get to where she is at It’s all about commitment
I also do her 40 mins workout in more than 2 hours bcz i take so much breaks and what she did in 30 sec i hardly do on my 11 th day in 0.75x speed is this same happened to anyone??? Or i m the only person

being done with this 25 min workout, it should have terrified me that i still have two more workouts to do of my 2 week shred but ironically, it has instead motivated me to do those so much better. thank you chloe. all my strength is because of you, both mental and physical.
feeling very depressed rn so i did one of the older 10 minutes abs (my favorite kind) and I am already feeling a bit better, went looking for a HIIT one as well and this just dropped. 25 minutes feels daunting but let's see how long i can manage. thanks chloe for always pushing me to better myself and helping fight my mental health
If you are a beginner and can't do every single workout that's fine. Do it at your own pace, ir pause the video as many times as you please. Remember to not give up, no matter how hard it is that's why we are all here. We all struggle and fight for the better or best possible results. Let's do this this together guys. ❤
I am so grateful for these workouts; I have lost about 60 pounds from doing and repeating her challenges. At the beginning I was at a weight of 220 pounds in November, now I am at a weight of 160 pounds and on my 4th repeat of her 2 weeks shred challenge✊✊✊✊🔥🔥.

This better make up for those 7 ice creams I ate for breakfast😂😂 No but seriously, this is a very nice program; it's not very hard and there is not too much repeating but it still gets you sweating. Also I love that there are more upper body workouts! (especially since I seem to have some sort of problem with my leg and it's making some moves hurt). (Edit: 3 months later I finally found out my knee and hip are badly inflamed and that's what was causing the moves to hurt. Can't move at all now. Lesson of the story: go see the doctor in time.)
@@zone.6672 More like around the hip actually. It's been there for quite a while and sometimes I can barely walk. I'm pretty sure that in my case it's just some small problem that cures itself at some point (I'm good at getting injuries🤦) but if you're worried I'd tell you to rest a bit or go see a professional. Or I can always pretend to be an online doctor if you want to tell what kind of problem you're experiencing?😂
@@mikalie4360 my mom had something to her hip. She took a injection to relief the pain, but she got better just by not forcing it, rest and moderate movements. It's good to always warm up yourself (when warming up I like to already be dripping lol) so you avoid future injuries. Sometimes I'll repeat a warm-up video if necessary.

It's my day 23 of the 56 day challenge. I remember I first did this workout a month ago and was dying in suffer. Today I was literally shocked how easily I'm going through those exercises which used to seem simply undoable. Guys I thought those who write such things here were just showing off, but I have to tell you, it feels really amazing to know that now you're one of those brags
On my last day of the 2 week shred! So grateful to chloe these workouts have been mega intense and I was so hard on myself for not being able to finish everything or do every exercise. But I suffer with bad depression and honestly I may not be at peak fitness (yet) but the fact I stuck to this for 2 weeks is the best achievement ever, I'm so proud of myself and I feel a lot stronger! Weight : 79.10 kgs (30th Dec 2021) Day 1 : did it in the 1 time in the morning Took 45 mins to complete it.. Idk but I found the resting time more difficult than actually doing the exercises.. I could feel my heartbeat in my brain and ears while resting so it was kinda difficult .. But it slowed down while doing the set 4... I think I need some time for recovery... My muscles ain't sore and the exercises are kinda easy to perform but are actually tiring Day 2 : also took 45 minutes today to complete it.. But I didn't felt as tiring as day 1 and my heart beat has also decreased while performing these than day 1.. Can do all the exercises but quite slowly.. These exercises are really fun Day 3 : today I took 36 mins to do it.. So proud of myself.. Let keep up this great work... 😭 😭 😭 😭 Day 4 : I took 40 mins to do it... Idk why I felt like giving up... But I still did it... 😭 Day 5 : rest Day 6 : took 36 mins to do it today... 😭 I'm so tired... But I did it Day 7 : took 40 minutes to do this exercise... 😭 😭 I didn't felt much tired today... 😭 😭 Today I didn't felt like giving up... 😭 😭 Other days were so different.. Day 8 : took 35 mins to do it today.. The lowest ever... 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 I wanna thank myself Day 9 : today I also took 35 mins to do it.. 😭 😭 Today I almost thought that I won't do this... Its normal to have weight fluctuation. Thats why its not good for the mental health to weigh yourself daily. You weigh less in the morning, because you lost a lot of fluid due to sweating in the night and you usually have not eaten yet. Your Bodyweight fluctuated due to fullness of blatter, when you had your last bowelmovement, what and when you ate the last time, how much fluid you drank, how much you sweat... dont worry about those little changes! Its better to use a tapemeasure :)

Chloe, I finally finished the 2 week shred after 23 days. I cannot express how happy I am right now because I’ve finally completed a CHALLENGE. Because it took me longer than 14 days to complete, I was very tempted to give up (and I did before for the 2020 2 week shred). I have never been fit, and I am ready to start working out not for the way I look but for my mental health. The workouts were difficult, and I cried on a few occasions because I have not moved my body like that since I was a child. Thank you. I really love how she keeps the little slip ups in her videos, it helps me to know that it happens to everyone. It shows that yes, she is still human like us. I’ve been struggling a lot lately as I go to school with a ton of really fit dance girls whereas I play sports like volleyball and basketball and don’t eat nearly as well as them. I’ve never been very confident and I hope that can change with working out, I’m really trying to stick to this MOVEmber program since I tend to give up after not seeing fast results (which I know is so unrealistic). I’m hoping this really helps with my mental health and helps also as a stress reliever. I wish everyone doing these workouts the BEST possible experience, know you are loved no matter what you look like.
I am doing the Movember challenge as well, but I can tell you because I already did one challenge, these Challenges show big results. I took before and after pictures, so i can clearly see the results. If you want to show yourself the results you should do it too.

When I first did this video, I could NOT perform those leg deadlift exercises and if I tried I would just fall over. I persisted and can now do all of the reps. This is one really helped my balance and core develop.

I see what you're doing Chloe... As we do your workouts you slowly make the exercises more advanced and the workouts longer with each video as we get used to them, thus sneakily increasing our endurance and maximizing our results!
You have helped me so much Chloe! Have been doing this for 5 weeks, doing the 2019-2020-2021 2 week shreds! I’m 13 and I absolutely did not feel happy with my weight. I went from 51 kg - 48.0 Although I did go on a diet you don’t have to do go on a diet to lose weight! Edit: I’m now 46 kg, girl I am so happy! Keep going everyone!

wow it's been a solid 3 and a half weeks i've been doing your HIIT videos (and some boxing style vids here and there) 3-4 times a week and i realized half way into this video that i still hadn't stopped for a longer break! just putting this here to to express my appreciation as well as encouragment for others incorporating moving their body more into their routine. i'm def beginning to look and feel more fit and i can't wait to keep improving from here and seeing all that my body can do! 💓
i did it..... in the start i was little low as i was doing other chloe ting schedules and this was my last one so in the start i used low impact excercises 2-3 n then go with the flow and i did it. m proud of myself. dnt know when il see the changes but m trying on daily basis and this is my 2 week of chloe ting's workouts. hope to see the desired results soon. but now m doing some excercises much better thn before. Never loose hope guys n trust me whenever she say you can do it, just take those words as challenge (either the low impact one) but do it and u will feel good. you are an amazing person @chloe.
This workout is amazing. Not gonna lie, when I read "25 minutes" I wanted to quit so bad, especially after what that 15 minutes full body has been doing to me, but I committed and was successful. It wasn't as bad as I expected, but just hard enough to stop you from going for a second round. Thank you so much Chloe!
But honestly, I'm excited for the summer shred! As excited as I always am whenever I want to start a new program. And please don't stop what you're doing. Because most people that dislike you (I dont know how that is possible) haven't helped as much people as you have. They haven't come up to even a thousandth of what you have achieved. This was actually so much fun!! Thankyou Today is my first day and this is my second weight loss journey. 4 years ago I lost 16 kgs with Chole’s videos coupled with Intermittent Fasting and few others. Being the first day today, I sure struggled and had to switch to low intensity in between bit at the end I feel refreshed. Edit 1: its been 3 months and I have reached 83 kg weight, I still struggle a bit in many exercises but I have improved quite a bit. I'm hoping that I can stick to the end!! Edit 2: It has been 6 months now and im down to 80kgs and even my waistline has decreased quite a bit!! But I'm not gonna stop now!!! For the first time, in the last 4 years, I have made it past day 4! In the past I usually get to the first rest day and I give up because of how sore I am. My weight has been crazy since my first child in 2016. Since then I've gone from 200, to 190, to 180, most recently 172, now back up to 189. I've gotten through the first week and with good eating and this 2 week shred I've already lost 4.4 lbs! My weigh in was about 184 this morning. I hope to keep on going to my goal weight. Thank you so much Chloe, as a mom of two I don't get much time to myself as it is, let alone go to a gym, but this has been so easy to maintain with my busy life!
Just finished the 25 days slim thighs challenge and I am so happy from my results my thighs are looking so much better and leaner too !!!Also I just started today the 2 weeks shred program it's a bit challenging but that's what we are here for to push ourselves to be better !!🤎😁
@@naelie2288No absolutely not unless to me it didn't done my thighs bulky instead it made them more toned . I think I actually lost some of the fat on my thighs and I also lost some inches off my waist too !😊💜

It really was 25 minutes of fun! I have even done it without the low impact variations and it's the first time I could do that. Really enjoyed the exercises and I feel more happy after this workout. Thank you, Chloe❤️

Oh it was hard but I went through it because one of the many good things about your workouts, is the fact that we can do it at our own pace as per ability knowing we are doing it right rather than trying to keep up with you and hurt ourselves in the process. I just want to say thanks to Chloe because you have definitly helped with my never-ending insecurities. I just completed this work out challenge here are my starting and finished measurements left thigh 55'' ------> 54'' right thigh 55''------>53'' lower stomach/waist 83.5''------> 82.5'' butt 89''-----> 89" waist 67'' -------> 67.5'' I got sick halfway through this so I had a five day break inbetween (I was also bloated when I measured) but I just wanted to put this out there for motivation cause this really does work and it was so much fun

As far as I remember, I've always been overweight and I've never tried to change it. But now, I'm 15 yo and I weigh 100 kg/220 lbs for 1.73m/5'8 and I'm at my worst: I always have back pain, I don't feel good in my body, etc. I've heard about Chloe during quarantine and since I heard about her, I've always tried her workouts without going into the second week, not because it was too hard for me, but because I was losing motivation in doing sport and in eating healthy, and I was not seeing that much results even tho I was feeling way better than when I was not working out or eating healthy. Today, it's the first day when I've gone into the second week and I feel so proud of myself and I want to continue in that way. So today, I'm giving myself a challenge: I have a year to become a better version of myself by working out, eating healthy, being productive, and losing at least 20 kg/44 lbs. I will make updates maybe every 1 or 2 months. And for everyone who's seeing my comment and wants to do or doing Chloe Ting challenge, keep going, you got this!

As I promised u, I’m gonna make an update. So, in the first 3 weeks after I posted this comment , I lost 4 kg/8 lbs, and I was very happy ! But I’m not gonna lie, I had a really bad lack of motivation bcoz of personal things going on in my life. Also I have an issue with food ( I don’t think it’s an ED but I just have an issue with controlling my portions and I eat a lot between meals ) that slows me down bcoz every effort that I’m putting in sport and fitness is ruined bcoz of my unhealthy diet ( if anyone has an advise to give me, I’ll be really thankful and I’ll appreciate it ) so that made me feel bad and insecure and told myself “why should I do sport if I cannot eat healthy ?” So I stopped doing sport every day ( I practice volleyball in a club so I did not completely stopped doing sport). I know it’s not an excuse but that’s why I stopped. Also I want to try some other stuff than Chloe ting’s programs( I love Chloe I’m not criticizing her, it’s just that I want to try other things since I only did her workouts). Actually I want to try again but my main priority is to fix my issue with food before trying to workout intensely , since food is 70% of the job. I totally agree! I love the fact that she makes some mistakes in her workouts. Even in her recipe videos things don’t always go smoothly or come out right. But it makes her seem like a real person and much more relatable. I just love her!

For the girls struggling, take your breaks as you need them and keep the motivation up. It's getting better over time, I promise. From the girl who did a 10 minutes workout in 25 minutes in the first day and now just did this workout with no additional breaks (After 1.5 months of workout)! Consistency is the key.

i can see that i have gained some muscles on my arms and legs .
i lost 3 cm from my waist and 2 cm from my thighs ( i have fat thighs)
i will do it again with calorie deficit to see more results .

I just thrive to eat 100 g of protein my goal is 120, 80g of carb more or less and 40ish to 50 g of fats. I have a very busy schedule and most days I struggle to get food in my body unfortunately.

When I first started doing Chloe's workouts, I lowkey thought that I would just tone up a bit and not lose any weight. Now that I've completed the 2021 Get Fit challenge and am almost done with the 2 week shred, I can confidently say that, although it isn't much, i've dropped about 2.2kg and noticed that my legs and stomach have gotten thinner. Every time that I do these workouts, I can physically feel myself getting stronger and dropping the weight. Thank you Chloe for providing these amazing workouts and changing the lives of so many around the world.😌😍 Also, to anyone reading this, you can do it, even if it's hard at first. God, I'm on day 12 of a two week challenge right now. Every time I train, I want to quit because it's hard for me. But I look in the mirror and understand that I want a body better than my current one. Therefore, even after a two-week challenge, I will go on no matter what and no matter how hard it may be. I go to meet my desires. If anyone is reading this, please know: that you should never give up half way. It's better to regret what you tried and failed than to torment yourself with the thought that you never tried.

This better make up for those 7 ice creams I ate for breakfast😂😂 No but seriously, this is a very nice program; it's not very hard and there is not too much repeating but it still gets you sweating. Also I love that there are more upper body workouts! (especially since I seem to have some sort of problem with my leg and it's making some moves hurt).
(Edit: 3 months later I finally found out my knee and hip are badly inflamed and that's what was causing the moves to hurt. Can't move at all now. Lesson of the story: go see the doctor in time.)

@@zone.6672 More like around the hip actually. It's been there for quite a while and sometimes I can barely walk. I'm pretty sure that in my case it's just some small problem that cures itself at some point (I'm good at getting injuries🤦) but if you're worried I'd tell you to rest a bit or go see a professional. Or I can always pretend to be an online doctor if you want to tell what kind of problem you're experiencing?😂
@@mikalie4360 my mom had something to her hip. She took a injection to relief the pain, but she got better just by not forcing it, rest and moderate movements. It's good to always warm up yourself (when warming up I like to already be dripping lol) so you avoid future injuries. Sometimes I'll repeat a warm-up video if necessary.

Today I was literally shocked how easily I'm going through those exercises which used to seem simply undoable. On my last day of the 2 week shred! So grateful to chloe these workouts have been mega intense and I was so hard on myself for not being able to finish everything or do every exercise. But I suffer with bad depression and honestly I may not be at peak fitness (yet) but the fact I stuck to this for 2 weeks is the best achievement ever, I'm so proud of myself and I feel a lot stronger! Only given me motivation to keep going.

Weight : 79.10 kgs (30th Dec 2021)
Day 1 : did it in the 1 time in the morning Took 45 mins to complete it.. Idk but I found the resting time more difficult than actually doing the exercises.. I could feel my heartbeat in my brain and ears while resting so it was kinda difficult .. But it slowed down while doing the set 4... I think I need some time for recovery... My muscles ain't sore and the exercises are kinda easy to perform but are actually tiring
Day 2 : also took 45 minutes today to complete it.. But I didn't felt as tiring as day 1 and my heart beat has also decreased while performing these than day 1.. Can do all the exercises but quite slowly.. These exercises are really fun
Day 3 : today I took 36 mins to do it.. So proud of myself.. Let keep up this great work... 😭 😭 😭 😭

[I measured the weight today IN THE MORNING IT WAS 76.90 KGS BUT IN EVENING IT BECAME 77.45 KGS... IDK WHY]

I checked online that which is the best time to check weight... It suggested that it's first in the morning... So I checked my weight after using washroom.... And it was 76.50 kgs... 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭 Omg!!!!!....... My weight actually changes in between the day... And the internet says that it's normal... Omg, i had the same feelings that you had on 10th day too. I was so mad and sad and i wanted to cry during the workout...... i think this means that we get rid of our negative?......??
Its normal to have weight fluctuation. Thats why its not good for the mental health to weigh yourself daily. You weigh less in the morning, because you lost a lot of fluid due to sweating in the night and you usually have not eaten yet. Your Bodyweight fluctuated due to fullness of blatter, when you had your last bowelmovement, what and when you ate the last time, how much fluid you drank, how much you sweat... dont worry about those little changes! Its better to use a tapemeasure :)

I finally finished the 2 week shred after 23 days. I cannot express how happy I am right now because I’ve finally completed a CHALLENGE. Because it took me longer than 14 days to complete, I was very tempted to give up (and I did before for the 2020 2 week shred). I have never been fit, and I am ready to start working out not for the way I look but for my mental health. The workouts were difficult, and I cried on a few occasions because I have not moved my body like that since I was a child. Thank you. This is my lead way into my health journey. ❤️❤️ You are appreciated.

I really love how she keeps the little slip ups in her videos, it helps me to know that it happens to everyone. It shows that yes, she is still human like us. I’ve been struggling a lot lately as I go to school with a ton of really fit dance girls whereas I play sports like volleyball and basketball and don’t eat nearly as well as them. I’ve never been very confident and I hope that can change with working out, I’m really trying to stick to this MOVEmber program since I tend to give up after not seeing fast results (which I know is so unrealistic). I’m hoping this really helps with my mental health and helps also as a stress reliever. I wish everyone doing these workouts the BEST possible experience, know you are loved no matter what you look like.
I am doing the Movember challenge as well, but I can tell you because I already did one challenge, these Challenges show big results. I took before and after pictures, so i can clearly see the results. If you want to show yourself the results you should do it too.

When I first did this video, I could NOT perform those leg deadlift exercises and if I tried I would just fall over. I persisted and can now do all of the reps. This is one really helped my balance and core develop.
today is extremely hot, and i mean more than 40°C !!! 🤯 it's currently summer in South Africa and the western cape has a dry heat !! it's also saturday night and i still showed up! 2 more days to go and then i'm done with the 2 week shred challenge! this will be my first challenge without skipping a day on the program! i'm so proud of myself for just showing up! i'm so strong and my legs are really showing off the hard work!

this is my first time working out in a year, after eating junk food & getting little to no exercise... this kicked my ass & definitely didn't do all the sets fully, but feel so much better after doing it (even though my body hurts like hell) 😭 thank you for making these videos & helping out people like me to become motivated to get back into shape 🥺💗

wow it's been a solid 3 and a half weeks i've been doing your HIIT videos (and some boxing style vids here and there) 3-4 times a week and i realized half way into this video that i still hadn't stopped for a longer break! just putting this here to to express my appreciation as well as encouragment for others incorporating moving their body more into their routine. i'm def beginning to look and feel more fit and i can't wait to keep improving from here and seeing all that my body can do! 💓
i did it..... in the start i was little low as i was doing other chloe ting schedules and this was my last one so in the start i used low impact excercises 2-3 n then go with the flow and i did it. m proud of myself. dnt know when il see the changes but m trying on daily basis and this is my 2 week of chloe ting's workouts. hope to see the desired results soon. but now m doing some excercises much better thn before.
Never loose hope guys n trust me whenever she say you can do it, just take those words as challenge (either the low impact one) but do it and u will feel good. you are an amazing person @chloe.
This workout is amazing. Not gonna lie, when I read "25 minutes" I wanted to quit so bad, especially after what that 15 minutes full body has been doing to me, but I committed and was successful. It wasn't as bad as I expected, but just hard enough to stop you from going for a second round. Thank you so much Chloe!
But honestly, I'm excited for the summer shred! As excited as I always am whenever I want to start a new program.
And please don't stop what you're doing. Because most people that dislike you (I dont know how that is possible) haven't helped as much people as you have. They haven't come up to even a thousandth of what you have achieved. You're helping out more people than you can imagine (FOR FREE!!) and loving it, while they're sitting at home or wherever just being unproductive and inefficient to mankind☺

Today is my first day and this is my second weight loss journey. 4 years ago I lost 16 kgs with Chole’s videos coupled with Intermittent Fasting and few others.
Being the first day today, I sure struggled and had to switch to low intensity in between bit at the end I feel refreshed.

Day7: 75.6 kg( I couldnt maintain intermittent n ate out frequently from 4 n also skipped day 5,6,7 of workout vid but did 15 mins on my own).
I see this as a learning and will keep going for week 2
Week 2: 73.6 kg
just leaving it here as a marker, today I'm 18 years old with 89.4 kg weight. i have started this today and i will come back to this comment when i reach my goal weight!
Edit 1: its been 3 months and I have reached 83 kg weight, I still struggle a bit in many exercises but I have improved quite a bit. I'm hoping that I can stick to the end!!
Edit 2: It has been 6 months now and im down to 80kgs and even my waistline has decreased quite a bit!! But I'm not gonna stop now!!! More power to everyone else who's doing Chloe's workouts as well!! You can do it✨✨✨

For the first time, in the last 4 years, I have made it past day 4! In the past I usually get to the first rest day and I give up because of how sore I am. My weight has been crazy since my first child in 2016. Since then I've gone from 200, to 190, to 180, most recently 172, now back up to 189. I've gotten through the first week and with good eating and this 2 week shred I've already lost 4.4 lbs! My weigh in was about 184 this morning. I hope to keep on going to my goal weight.
Thank you so much Chloe, as a mom of two I don't get much time to myself as it is, let alone go to a gym, but this has been so easy to maintain with my busy life!
Just finished the 25 days slim thighs challenge and I am so happy from my results my thighs are looking so much better and leaner too !!!Also I just started today the 2 weeks shred program it's a bit challenging but that's what we are here for to push ourselves to be better !!🤎😁
