I am from Pakistan and have been settled in the USA for the past 35 years , the city I live in does not have any Indian or Pakistani restaurant. In the freezer. The best way to store it is to freeze it in ice cubes tray . So that u can take out the needed quantity and use. Ideally, once frozen stuff is taken out, it shld never br refrozen as that is where most contamination occurs
@thewallflower3838 Oh yes, if frozen properly, in a hygienic way and what I had suggested, freeze in small quantities, like in an ice cube tray and take out only what is needed. Don't thaw and re freeze . If u follow this it is very safe and retains taste and nutritional value . Hope this helps:)
Pankaj ji, Thank you for sharing the exciting concept of multi-purpose garvey. The only thing that put me off is the quantity of oil you use. Is there an option to use less amount of oil?
