Several times I have ordered from restaurants. But now with this gravy I have prepared Pav-bhaji Cauliflower Karai vegetables vegetable korma Egg curry Brinjal curry with some more tomatoes Some times I have added this grevy with your buttery grevy and came out fantastic.

In the freezer. The best way to store it is to freeze it in ice cubes tray . So that u can take out the needed quantity and use. Ideally, once frozen stuff is taken out, it shld never br refrozen as that is where most contamination occurs
@thewallflower3838 Oh yes, if frozen properly, in a hygienic way and what I had suggested, freeze in small quantities, like in an ice cube tray and take out only what is needed. Don't thaw and re freeze . If u follow this it is very safe and retains taste and nutritional value . Hope this helps:)
