    OMG, I just discovered this and am defy going to try it right away (have to get "Shahi Jeera" tho, never used it). I am a few months late so I hope Chef Pankaj's team picks up this request. Chef, pls make the rest of 45 dishes too ....need a PLAYLIST for this magic gravy plsssssssssssss :) . As a working mom, in a DIY country, I cant believe I will be able to make so many dishes for my kids now. Thanks Chef! This greatly helps

    Crores of blessings to you,million ton blessings ma'am.
    As coz of this grevy I started cooking happily.
    Otherwise from years cooking was a burden as shortage of time and no energy.
    Several times I have ordered from restaurants.
    But now with this gravy I have prepared
    Pav-bhaji
    Cauliflower
    Karai vegetables
    vegetable korma
    Egg curry
    Brinjal curry with some more tomatoes
    Some times I have added this grevy with your buttery grevy and came out fantastic.

    Ms. Pankaj Bhadouria, today I had the pleasure of watching your channel and found it immensely amazing and beneficial for me. I am from Pakistan and have been settled in the USA for the past 35 years , the city I live in does not have any Indian or Pakistani restaurant. I miss all the desi foods that I grew up with back home, I tried my best to cook desi dishes at home but none of them turned out to be good due to my lack to cooking expertise and experience but after watching few of yours videos and following your instructions finally I was able to cook and enjoy several of my favorite desi dishes for which I am profoundly thankful to you. Your vast culinary knowledge and especially your pleasant style of explaining the cooking process made it so easy and enjoyable that even an inexperienced and bad cook like myself has now started feeling a confidence that I could also cook.
    Thank you very much once again and keep up the good work.

    Thank you so much s for this advice. I have an important exam ahead. With family children, it's very hard. I just made this and kept it in freeze so that I could use it in other days of the week. It will save my time for study.

      I used all the ingredients as shown here, my gravy is a super hit in my house, now that I have made it some 100s of times , don't need to measure anything. Must must try. Life have become so easy with this....thanks chef @pankaj

    Thanks for this recipe. Mainey 5th dish banai . Lajawab baney. Meri beti k birthday party m mainey use Kiya. Sabko bahut pasand aaya . Special kadhai paneer...matter paneer v Acha bana tha.       In the freezer. The best way to store it is to freeze it in ice cubes tray . So that u can take out the needed quantity and use. Ideally, once frozen stuff is taken out, it shld never br refrozen as that is where most contamination occurs

      @thewallflower3838 Oh yes, if frozen properly, in a hygienic way and what I had suggested, freeze in small quantities, like in an ice cube tray and take out only what is needed. Don't thaw and re freeze . If u follow this it is very safe and retains taste and nutritional value . Hope this helps:)

    Pankaj ji, Thank you for sharing the exciting concept of multi-purpose garvey. The only thing that put me off is the quantity of oil you use. Is there an option to use less amount of oil?
