      The presentation is wrong!
      She should have completed each Gravy recipe followed by Food in the recipe. Why show the latter in the latter part of the video?
      Btw, she is speaking TOO much which explains the loooong time of 17 minutes. And , finally, dear Chef why are you asking us to Subscribe and click on the Bell icon? Why? That is our choice, not yours. You should only concentrate on your Duty.
      Many Channel Anchors, like Parrots, say the same thing - _Subscribe...Subscribe...Bell icon...Bell icon_ ! Really irritating!
      Finally, loved watching all your Base Gravy recipes!

    Thank you for the video! Most chefs show how to make these gravies, but you are the only one who showed how to use them after they are ready.

    1) White gravy base onion, cashew, melon seed.
    2) onion- tamato, ginger, garlic, little water, Kashmiri Lal mirch, cashew, mellon seeds, taz patta, elichi, dal chini
    3)Onion tamato gravy equal onion- tamato, add jeera then Onion, them chopped green chilli and ginger, then ginger garlic paste, then haldi, red chilli powder, tamato.

    The aspect I most appreciate about your channel is your focus solely on cooking and pertinent topics related to it. I've come across numerous UA-cam chefs who tend to narrate lengthy anecdotes and make unnecessary jokes, which can be quite exasperating. Your channel stands out as significantly superior in this regard.

    Very well put together video. It is all very well to quickly make paneer, mushroom and other soft vegetable curries. But what about meat (chicken, Lamb, Goat etc) curries ? How do the restaurants prepare different meat curries so quickly? Are the meats pre-cooked and frozen? Also, how do you determine the amount of curry base to use for a given quantity of meat, i.e. how much of curry base should I use to make Lamb curry with 0.5 kg of Lamb?

    I seemed to lose the captions at around the time the sauces were being boxed for the freezer. But I think I followed it ok.
    Not the first time I've encountered such things referred to as gravy. I can't be the only one, surely, that believes gravies are made from the dripping of meat, and what we have here are sauces.
    Interesting video, I think I'll save it and try to give them a go. Thanks.

    white gravy green chllies can chnge the colour i think so i think we can use white pepper powder as well little khus khus to thicken gravy option even white onion can go well to get perfect white shahi gravy
