How could they have thought that slapping her moveset onto α Pat was ever a good idea. Her design is what compliments it so well. This has been an almost ten year wait.

I hope Hwang returns along with Soul Edge's Khan Super Sessions (that soundtrack was the best), and a lot of armor parts from the previous games (most particularly SC5).

Project Soul are doing a fantastic job redsigning and giving life to all their characters. Can't wait to rediscover the new design for the others ones. I hope it's conna be Hwang and the annoucement of a Season 3! Can't wait to see all there new designs and stories!
Redesigning? dude the characters are all the same as before with minor to no changes at all, this game is lazy.

PC Genjin Dude soul caliber 6 time line wise is between 1 and 2 time line wise. So of course she would look young. 6 is a reboot. A new timeline. At least research before you try to say something.

@PC Genjin How is her new design worse than the original one. I remenber very well that i didn't like her design that much in sc3 and 4. Now she is looking like a real badass. Gives me some Baiken vibes with that cape.

I feel like the designs get better as they release new characters. They are learning and growing. Who knows maybe we will see second outfits return.

I'm loving Setsuka's appearance and fighting style she look very beautiful and elegant and her fighting style is graceful and flashy, i've really liked the fact they made a more conservative outfit for Setsuka in a similar way to Hilde's armor outfit!

Finally,Setsuka is back and looks beautiful as ever. The flowers and snow fit perfectly, especially sense i love snow.Not only that but you have the Sc4 costume as well.Can't wait to play her soon enough in a couple of days. I hope the last character is the one a lot are asking for including me, and thats Hwang.(or Yun Seong but I'll be satisfied with either one, more so Yun.)

^Aren't you the same guy who crawled up my ass with a wall of text because I made a video saying we should've got Hwang or Lizardman first? Hell, Lizardman is even in the game files and they still didn't add him yet.
Curious that NOW you seem to care about Hwang being in this game after giving me such a hard time over it, but considering that we have literally zero female characters left to add aside from new characters for SC6, you kinda need to get hyped for Hwang now that all the waifus have been accounted for. -_-

And still.. that game looked better than 5. It WAS better than 5. And 5 will always be a fail in many people's mind and heart. I don't blame them, I mean.. It was rushed. Heck, I got bored playing it after a year or two, wondering if THIS GAME would ever be a thing. And hey, from the fail from 2012 to this beautifully crafted Setsuka in 2020 for a FREAKING FULFILLED DREAM of a game. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 Thank you SO much, Namco Bandai. Setsuka was the only last thing I wanted and now I am set. As in SATISFIED. UwU I'm so excited for these 3 days to pass!

@Some characters aren't allowed noooo way was one of the best one (minus hilde bs) the worst was 3 due to all them glitches, broken tier moves, and balance. Despite it had good single player content, everything else was a mess.

This trailer is proof that this game should have had a cinematic story mode. The trailer felt kind of like a movie trailer or something. With Setsuka as the star. If only. Just wasn't meant to be I guess. Hopefully one day. When it does happen it could be the greatest Soul Calibur experience ever.
Budget. Blame Bandai for not funding SC6 then or ever.
Hopefully whenever they do make SC7 that this becomes a reality.

I wish they would just make a Mortal Kombat or Injustice Style Story mode where you can play as many different characters. Tekken 7 sorta had that but you could only play like 6 different characters and it was mostly Heihachi and Kazuya only.
My Queen of Female SoulCalibur characters has returned! And now, I can purge Alpha Patrokolos from my memory forever! I can see she's still rocking the blonde colored hair as well. ( nice little continuation from SoulCalibur IV ) Mitsu X Setsuka was one of my favorite rivalries growing up. ( thank you SoulCalibur III for being so awesome for all these years! ) It's not a question of want, it's a question of NEED, & right now, I NEED to get Season Pass 2. ( if not the Season Pass then the characters /creation packs instead ) WELCOME BACK SETSUKA!!!

All we need now is Necrid, Viola, Zwei, Hwang/Yun-Seong, Rock, Aeon, Algol and Abyss and we'll have the Perfect Roster. We can also use the different and unique kinds of fighting styles that was only in the 'Bonus Character' slot from SOULCALIBUR 3 like Revenant's Dual Wave Sword style, Miser's Katana and Shuriken style, Demuth's Steel Fan style, Chester's Dagger style, Girardot's Lance style, Valeria's Grieve Edge style, Hualin's Extendable Staff style, Lynette's Dual Tambourines style there Styles can be in the 'Creation Character' as a bonus (I'm really hoping for for Bow & Arrow/Archer because they have not done that yet or some kind of Master of the Fist/Hand to Hand fighting styles) Come on Season 3 of SOULCALIBUR VI
