Hello Ma'am...My HR is not giving me relieving letter early. She told me it's takes 45-60 days when Fnf is done. But my new company wants me to join within 15 days with relieving letter from previous company. What should I do?

Write mail to HR and get reply on it then you can show your new company that mail which takes 45-60 days.
relieving letter sometimes come late your new employer must understand and provide you 2 months time, you can ask your previous HR to send a mail stating the same.

Dear, good pay is not limited to LI & Google, just look for a good role inside product companies and FYI not all job roles are paid well in google and LI, so first build your skills in a role that is high in demand and then start applying where there is an opportunity with product companies(small or big doesn't matter)..
