Hello Mam, I worked for a company for at least three years, but I have resigned due to a better offer. But a new company wants me to join in a few days. In my current company, I have served 40 days, and 50 days are left. I am ready to buy out my notice period, but they aren't agreeing to this. Now, what should I do?
Review your appointment letter to check if there’s a clause about providing 1-2 months' salary in lieu of notice. It usually mentioned in 90% times, send a formal email requesting this. They can't decline this written clause, consider negotiating the terms of your departure on this mentioned term.
Hi , mam I too am facing a similar issue and moreover I am having a leg fracture with which i am unable to work with. So in my offer letter if lieu of notice is mentioned will it work right?
Hi madam thanks for making the vedio I worked for bank 3.5 years due to some reasons hr asked to put resignation i submited and they are not giving releving letter, reason not giving i have loans in that bank the same i questioned the next day i submited resignation all my loans converted to customer rate eventhough they are not giving releving letter please suggest madam
Mam i have worked for 2.1 years in a company but during my joining they dont provided an offer letter for me. Then after this i have joined the big company i have completed all the procedure i have given the resignation letter and it was accepted because of my health issues due to night shift i told them that i cant able to serve my notice period and i have worked for 8 days after given my resignation. Then after 20 days i have called my hr but he is talking rudely and telling i won't give you have not tell us that you have leaving and they have not given my 1 month salary also what to do madam.
Would suggest you to initially go ahead with meeting / email / call with HR or the concerned authority to explain your situation. Acknowledge the agreement but express your reasons for leaving early, emphasizing any valid circumstances like family, health, or career growth opportunities. Request leniency on the letter, given the significant time you contributed (1.7 years). Demonstrate that you’re willing to work with the company on a possible solution and first expect what they ask in exchange of your FNF formalities.

I have 3 yrs exp , they are saying less producitity from my side. Will I receive a relieving and experience letter in the case of forceful resignation from a job?
If your company forcefully took a resignation, they should still provide a relieving and experience letter, as these documents officially record your time with them. To be sure, communicate with HR and clarify the terms-ask directly about your eligibility for these documents upon exit.
The employer is not giving experience letter/relieving letter for 3 months experience . The resignation was during the probation period. Have received only the resignation acceptance letter with mention of last day. Since the duration was for 3 months, is there a possibility that the employer won’t give the experience or relieving letter?
This is possible only if it's documented in writing-whether in your offer or appointment letter, employee handbook, or induction materials. Otherwise, they should provide the relieving letter.

Hello, Please check your bond first - If the bond states that you're liable to pay 2.5 lakhs, the company cannot legally demand an extra 4 lakhs. Send a formal email to your HR department requesting a breakdown of 4 lakhs, why they are asking for and for what exactly and also take a written note of extended notice period. And keep all communications in writing for future reference, at last if after negotiation or discussion with company no way out left...then you may need to take legal action. Try as much as written communication, and takes screenshots or proof of them.

Hello, As it was just 15 days, first of all don’t show this experience in your resume and once you through with all the rounds of interview during last round of salary negotiation share it with HR “that you have joined a company in-between for 15 days but due to “build a strong reason like family emergency/health issue/need to go out of town” unfortunately you left company in just 15 days. Mention that You don’t have any dues on that company and you are ready to sign any agreement/self-declaration to proof your point. Be confident, 15 days work can easily be ignored if you are best with interview and technical rounds.

Between my Masters and my Bacholers education i have a Gap of about 1 Year and 7 months. In that gap period i have worked for a company for 5 month's only after that i left the company to pursue my masters. So now i need to provide a proof of employment in my current organization. So, Can u pls clarify of the below documents will work insted of Reliving letter, Experience letter and Payslips. 1. Now i only have the EPF Statement as a proof of my employment as both DOJ and DOE is mentioned there. 2. I also have the Offer Letter of that company. 3. I dont have the payslips with me, as i used to get them in a hard copy. So as a proof of Salary getting credited in my account, I only have my monthly bank statements but in those statements instead of the company name it is written as "BULK POSTING". Will These documents work as a alternative for Experience Letter/Reliving Letter/Payslips ???
Hello, EPF statement is Ok as that is a relevant doc, but bank statement with company's name crediting to your account is a must for verification, BULK posting can raise questions else pay-slips as they are the actual proof. If you are only aiming for MNC's then you must have the required docs. But instead of MNC's there are other good companies too SME's or growing start-ups that hire people on good packages with less questioning on these grounds, you can also take exp of 2-3 years there to switch to bigger companies.

If company called you for submission of laptop and you have submitted the same, send them a requesting email that it was non-intentional to keep the laptop and you havn't even used that either. You were waiting for the FNF process and emails to return the same. Hello ma'am, i have a 2.5lakhs bond contract with my company...now i have completed my notice period but my company asking me to pay more than the bond amount for extra training they have put on me... around 4 lakhs...and additional they made me to serve more than 3 months notice period of from june 15 to Oct 1st...when i questioned them they said they won't be giving experience and relieving letter if i leave early... please give me some solution
Hello,
Please check your bond first - If the bond states that you're liable to pay 2.5 lakhs, the company cannot legally demand an extra 4 lakhs.
Mam i worked in a company for 15 days and couldn't continue due to personal reasons, I sent my resignation through email but not entered in employee portal so company marked absconding and didnt issue a RL, My pf was already transferred to here and now whenever I'm seeking a new job not having previous company RL is becoming a big issue and I'm not getting good jobs, What will I do now mam?
Hello,
As it was just 15 days, first of all don’t show this experience in your resume and once you through with all the rounds of interview during last round of salary negotiation share it with HR “that you have joined a company in-between for 15 days but due to “build a strong reason like family emergency/health issue/need to go out of town” unfortunately you left company in just 15 days. Mention that You don’t have any dues on that company and you are ready to sign any agreement/self-declaration to proof your point.
Be confident, 15 days work can easily be ignored if you are best with interview and technical rounds.
@@bhavyainsights Ya mam, it was a small finance bank and they give me termination and closed my f&f with no payment and no recovery. Im looking for similar finance jobs but for most previous companies RL is a must. Anyway thank you for your valuable response 🙏.
Ma'am due to some reasons, i did not attend notice period & company is dening for experience letter ,
Unhone muje salary bhi nai pay ki to Compensation to mill he gya na,
Ab is case me vo muje letter de skate he na
Hello
Please send them a requesting email and mentioned the reason why you haven't served the notice period.
And request them for exp letter, also add I am not demanding anything else just provide me the letter.(if only exp letter is what you need)

Hello,
EPF statement is Ok as that is a relevant doc, but bank statement with company's name crediting to your account is a must for verification, BULK posting can raise questions else pay-slips as they are the actual proof.
If you are only aiming for MNC's then you must have the required docs. But instead of MNC's there are other good companies too SME's or growing start-ups that hire people on good packages with less questioning on these grounds, you can also take exp of 2-3 years there to switch to bigger companies.
Mera b absconding hua tha madam toh mene hr se baat kya toh usne kaha tumhe recovery against the fnf keliye 6738 dena hoga bola toh mein Raji hua dene keliye one week se jada koi response nhi aya hr se toh uss halat mein kiska help mang sakta huung... Mein kya karung😢

Maam can i apply for a new job without having experience letter because my current company refused to give it...I have total 3 yrs of experience and due to medical issues i quit
Hello
3 years of experience is a huge one, I would recommend you to request for the letter.
You were enrolled in EPF or ESIC ?
@@bhavyainsights i was enrolled to EPF and i have requested them but they have considered my case as absconded one
Ma'am I work in a company for only 1 month than there is any need of experience letter or relieving letter.
Hello,
If the company didn't enrolled you in EPF/ESI, you may not need to mention that experience. But if they did, then you need the Exp. Letter for background verification (BGV) when applying to reputable companies.
Hi Maam. I am applying in bank for lateral entry job for it manager. I have the offer letter and experience letter. But the comapny has not paid the last 2 months salary and then laid of me that is why I don't have salary slip of last two months. Is my experience letter still valid for the whole duration?
Hello,
Yes completely valid, as they are not providing the salary slips but you must have received salary of those 2 months in your bank account. Submit your bank statement in new company along with your supporting emails containing your Last working day.

I resigned properly with acceptance mail on 11th may 2023 and got approval for 4th march 2023,did a stupid mistake of not submitting laptop, after 1 year got a call from company that assets is pending on u,i immediately submitted the laptop and got reciving mai of submision...now the company is denying to give experience letter...saying that u kept the laptop...but i have returned and ready to pay for any damage....can they hold experience letter.
Hello,
Technically company can delay the process as you have violated the terms of full and final settlement. Now only the multiple requests and negotiation to settle this matter can work.
If company called you for submission of laptop and you have submitted the same, send them a requesting email that it was non-intentional to keep the laptop and you havn't even used that either. You were waiting for the FNF process and emails to return the same. But as you have submitted the laptop, you are also ready to pay for the damages to have a successful fnf along with exp letter and releiving letter. Ask the process from them
Take the gentle follow ups every 3rd day unless the response receive.
