      Haiza Vino I will! Pero just to clarify, net carbs ung kinacount. Total carbs minus fiber. 1 cup of lettuce salad has 1.52g ng net carbs and 1 cup naman ng white jasmine rice has 37g net carbs. Thanks sa advice! I’ll do that next 😊

    Pinapanood ko yung mga videos n'yo start kagabi, ang dami kong natutunan, mali pala ang diet ko kala ko kasi okay na ang calorie deficit with intermittent fasting 18.6 pero parang mas maganda ang ketodiet. Dami ko pa naman binili na oatmeal.

    mas maganda siguro mag start ng ketogenic diet 1week bago mag keto mag low carb practice na muna quit muna tinapay at noodles rice. then nxt week sana mabilis na mag ketosis

    Can u tell me paano ba yan hindi kba kakain ng breakfast? Dpat sa lunch lang . Isang beses ka lang ba kakain sa isang araw? Paano ba yun?

    Hi sis , mas more on these kind of foods kana ba? Or ok lang na kainin yun previous video mo na may mga good carbs na list sa description box., like sample mag oatmeal ka then may eggs and fish. Or oatmeal, eggs, isang sweet potato.
    Ok lang ba yun?? Then mag IF ka din at the same time.
    Also what if during fasting time kunyari bigla kang napatikim ng pagkain hahaahaha ok lang ba na dagdagan nalang ng another one hour or more yun dapat time na tigil nun fasting mo????

      Hi! last video yata na tinutukoy mo ung last year ko pa inupload. Nagkeketo na kase ako ngaun kaya I try to avoid carbs as much as possible. Carbs ko from green leafy veggies nalang. Oatmeal and sweet potato no no na din, not keto approved un kase high in carb since starchy masyado. If ifollow mo ung sa last year's video plus IF, ok lang naman pero hindi keto or low carb un. If you want to do low carb or keto naman, ung list lang sa description sa video na to ung pwede.
      If during fasting napakain ka, back to 0 ung count ng fasting mo. Same kapag uminom ka ng anything other than water, black coffee and tea.

    hello po, nagtry po ako keto but i have a friend telling me ang mahirap lng sa keto is bawal fruits, papano po baka kasi papayat ka nga pero para ka namang nagkasakit wala kang vitmns/minerals/anti.oxidants...actually yan lng po pwd ko sa keto, bawal ang mga fruits and other healthy foods like kamote, carrots...

      Cleer Quibo Kung gagawin mo sya ng maayos hindi ka magmumukang unhealthy. Mas gaganda pa nga skin mo. Fruits na pwede for keto is lemon, limes, tomatoes, and all kinds of berries. Bawal most fruits kase mataas ang sugar and sugar. Ung kamote, carrots, lahat ng rootcrops mataas naman ung carbs kaya kahit na may vitamins sila, bawi ka pa din sa taas ng carbs and sugar. Proper way of doing keto kasi is meat, poultry and eggs, fish and green leafy veggies. Yung iba payat na mukang may sakit kase hindi sila kumakain ng veggies tas puro processed food kinakain. Pero kung gagawin mo sya ng tama, mas gaganda health mo. Mapapansin mo agad magaan sa pakiramdam, maganda sa skin and masarap matulog 😊

      Cleer Quibo Trut! Pero once mafeel mo ung benefits, babalik balik ka 😂 For me I cheated 2 weeks ago, bakasyon kase. Hindi naman ako naggain ng weight since nagIF ako pero ang tamad ko for a week. 😂😂
