    Sis. Aileen I'm a silent follower of yours. First and foremost. Disiplina ang dapat gawin sa pag follow ng keto diet kc kadalasan bumabagsak sa disiplina ang isang tao kapag natutuksong kumain ng hindi dapat. Kapag nawala ka na, tendency babalik ka sa dating lifestyle mo spe. Dietary lifestyle. Sayang naman ang effort na sinimulan. May kasama ako sa work, ngtry mag keto diet. At first masigasig sya pero ng madapa natuluyan na bumalik din sa dati. Lumalaki na ulit sya. Sa palagay ko lang po dapat balanse lang talaga ang diet ng isang tao, sa lahat ng nutrients and vitamins from the food we eat. anything too much like taking too much sweet, salty, fatty, acidic producing food, uric acid producing food, mucus forming food and so on, ay nakaka sama talaga sa health natin.. You won't believe me sis, I'm already 50 y. O now and I dont have or taking any maintenance drugs coz I manage my diet. I can eat anything I want but I eat moderately on everything.

    Agreeee..like one of the vloggers sabi nya itlog at karne lang daw then mag OMAD. Naloka ako doon😂😂😂😂 dahil maling mali yun.. kaya when it come to keto or LCIF itong vlogs ni miss aillen ang mas gusto kong pakinggan dahil very informative.
    "We dont get healthy to lose weight.
    We have to first get HEALTHY then we will lose weight"

    Sobrang naiintindihan kuna...nkagoal n ako from 75kg to 55kg...pro cguro nga kulang ako ng ibang vitamins kc dry skin ako tas lahat cla sbi nila parang may sakit dw ako😪😪thank you much ms ailleen

    How much food po..di po kau nag cocount ng calories? Kung hindi talaga.. Ilan yung ideal na grams of lettuce? Protein? Or fats?

    Tama pala ang ginagawa kp. Hihi .thank you miss aileen. Dami ko kasing lettuce or cabbage na kinakain. Hihi. Just starting palang. Mag 2 weeks na. Slow ang progress pero it's ok. Bsta may progress. Para maging helathy. 😊😊😊

    Hi miss aileen, bakit nakaka gout ang keto diet and omad , I'm doing dirty keto kasi hindi ko naman Alam kung organic Yung chicken and pork sa market ? I know I can do omad for the rest of my life but for keto diet, I don't know what is the duration to do this type of diet?

    QUESTION po: Is it okay to start my breakfast at 7:00am then end my meal at 3:00pm? Im following 16:8 window, yung iba kasi, nag sisimula sila ng 12:00nn and end it at 8:00pm. I just need a confirmation from you because i trust you, you're a big help

      It's OK whatever time we start our breakfast (I call it first meal). What's important is we have at least 16 hours between our last meal of the day and our first meal the following day.

    Tanong ko lang din maam. Hindi din po applicable ang calorie counting pag LOW CARB KETO IF ang way of eating po? Okay lang kahit gaano karami as long as wala pong HC na foods? Sana po masagot thanks po.

      Ito ang isa sa mga pinakagusto ko sa KETO, IF, or KETO with IF, hindi mo na kailangan mag calorie counting. Karamihan nga nag-oovereat ako, pero di naman ako tumataba.
      Mas worst nga yong mababa ang caloric intake mo palagi dahil pagkatapos mong mabawasan ng timbang at nakaadjust na yong metabolism mo, tataas na ulit ang timbang mo. Dahil nasanay na yong metabolism mo sa mababang caloric intake, sasabihin ng katawan mo, kailangan mabawi ko yong na loss na fat kaya tataba ka ulit.

    May tanong ako sa iyo dati na kapag nag OMAD ako, ang sabi ni ftness pal, i lack nutrients. Kapag nag 2 x meal naman ako sumisobra naman sa calories ang kinakain ko, masama ba ang sumibra ka sa calories na kinakain per day o masama din ba na magkulang naman ang calories na kinakain mo per day?

    Nangyari sakin yan. Nag-crushed diet ako 6 years ago. Ang nagyari, in 2 weeks pumayat ako pero ang pangit ng balat ko. Nagmuka nga akong may sakit tapos parang nag-gray yung balat ko. Nag aalala tuloy mga mahal ko sa buhay at kaibigan kasi akala nila may sakit ako. Nakabawi nalang uli ung katawan ko nung kumakain nako ng regular. Diko na inulit yun. :) Kaya ngayon nag aayos nako ng pagkain sa diet.

    Bsta gawin mo healthy ang diet..i mean healthy na wala lahat nang pagkain na may sugar at kanin at pasta ate white bread..andami ko kinakain na veggies at fruits(except sobrang tamis na food)and i loose wait sa 2months lng....and effective yung eat healthy ONLY everytime u break ur fast...😊

    Ako poy kumakain p rin ng kanin.. fasting for almost 2 mnts na 16:8.. kumakain ako ng kanin pro half lng 1st meal. Nag loloss nmn po aq ng weight kasi Madami n din nkapansin n pumayat dw ako.

    Miss Aileen pwede bang breakfast and lunch ang kakainin ko? Skip n ako sa dinner..after 3pm stop n ako ng kain kc start ako kakain ng 7:30am till 3pm Lang..so 8hrs feasting and 16hrs fasting pa din..

      Pweding pwedi dahil ang IF ang importante ay kong gaano katagal yong fasting time. So gawin natin kong anong maganda sa schedule natin.

      Any grains ay hindi recommended sa keto. So oatmeal ay hindi maganda sa keto. Pero sa LCIF, ok lang naman ang oatmeal.

    I think keto diet is not for everybody. Depende kung my health issues ka with taking too much protein sources like meat products.

      Not for everybody po talaga, but in keto diet hindi po protein ang iincrease, dapat moderate lang po kasi pag keto dapat high fat low carb diet ka 😊
