A little bit of sponsorship is not all bad, I think we get a bit annoyed with adverts being thrown at us, but if you get something useful and helps you, then that's fine

I understand where you're coming from on advertising, but so long as it's relevant and you're not over selling. Say one product a month then why not? It all helps. Gardens looking great. As was that fire place in the picture.

Did you call him Spike? Have to pay for rabies shots and tags where we are. I love doing the shoe trial/test thing - can't go wrong. They send you shoes - you wear them and when their done with send them back with your comments. If you like them - you tell your friends about them.

You could always start a hedgehog rescue! 🦔 It should be manageable. The ones that can't be released could always use a good permanent home.
If you have people coming to your place, for dog agility, etc., you will need liability insurance, in case they get injured on your property and sue you. That insurance is very expensive here.
I'd try the boot sponsorship. Why not? 🥾 🤠
And if the fireplace doesn't get done in time, it's still okay. Don't sweat it.

I adore hedgehogs! The safest food to put out is dry kitten pellets and clean water.

Suggest trying out the shoes. Nothing to lose and suspect they are much better quality with better support than current shoes. Love the hedge hog. Could watch him for hours.

You would get over cleaning up the dog poop. I note the grape vine is growing well at last, and your patch of long grass is shrinking.... the hedgehog might have been better in the reserve sanctuary.

What time of day was the hedgehog out? If during the day then it’s a problem. They usually have parasites & are dehydrated & need to get to a rescue. A dish of water near it would do it the world of good as it looked a bit wobbly.

Hi Mark. Sponsorship is helpful to you. every little helps but also it encourages other companies and gardening equipment would be useful eg lawnmower.
I usually fast forward on sponsor adverts as mostly not relevant to me but if something is good for you then go for it. I'm sure your son's visit will go well and you'll wonder why you stressed so much.

@@patcardiff2563 I watch the adverts of course but I was meaning sponsored adverts selling all sorts on other channels as Marc mentioned.
So what is the hedgehog named? I would give it a go with the boots, if you like the style. You wouldn’t have to do too much more than zoom in on you wearing them going about doing normal things like your gardening and walking around your field.
Give the advertising a try, if it is something that will help you out, I hope most would be happy to tune in.

Milk is a really bad toxin for hedgehogs.

Sponsorship is usual on UA-cam now, it's expected. Remember you can pick and choose which to take on, products that you find useful/interesting and not just anything that they offer. Thanks for saving the little hedgehog.

My water bill here in Queensland Australia is on average $380 per quarter. Only 3 people in the house.
And let's face it Marc, customer service is going to shite in lots of countries. Certainly here is Aus it is. Many times calls to electricity, water and government departments are on average 15 plus waiting time just to get through to speak to someone. Less customer service employees to pay, more profit to the company. I've been waiting on the phone to my phone provider for at times 30 minutes plus. I try to stay positive about all this, but let's face it, the world is going to hell in a handbag pretty quickly.

Thanks for the video. Yeah, weather has been mad recently. I've had to put the heating back on in the house, in the middle of so-called summer.
Regarding the sponsorship: If it is a product you would be happy to use or buy yourself, I'd say go for it (unless you get shafted by the French revenue service. I think you mentioned a while back that they had some strange ideas in that regard). Take care and have a great weekend.
Good to save him but it doesn't bode well that he is out in the daylight. Perhaps, if you can, leave him cat food and water. All the best with your son's visit :-)

Hi Marc. That hedgehog is so cute. We rarely see them in Oz. Echidnas are more common here but even then, hardly see them on roads. Mostly koalas, kangaroos, foxes. Animals are the best. They don’t argue back most of the time. Great fun. Sponsorship would be good for you. Lots of people on you tube do advertising. Nothing wrong with that.
