just need to give your body three things
1: Antioxidants to deal with oxidative damage caused by removal of damaged sarcomeres
2: Plenty of macronutrients (protein, fats, and carbs) to repair the damage
3: Keep a healthy immune system so your white blood cells can remove damaged sarcomeres more easily. That would include, but is not limited to, avoiding hydrogenated fats as these have been seen to cause dysfunction in white blood cells.

I get so many foot cramps when I'm in bed. Whether it be when I'm about to sleep, after I wake up from sleeping, or even during sleep, they always happen when I'm laying/sitting down.
Pro tip: If yall ever have a foot cramp (and you'll know when you do cause they're painful af). Just stand up. Seriously. The pain will subside so much quicker than if you stay laying or sitting down.

Not exactly, in the most basic of explanations; when we lift we cause muscles to tear apart. Not majorly, but enough to where we can injest higher amounts of protein to fill in those gaps that we tore.
Depending on your goals I would look into particular plans that will shred your muscles in the most effective way for you personally.

Not a physician but here a few things I can say, make sure that you are stretching areas that you are working and make sure not to over work muscles because that can actually make building muscle harder. Make sure to keep well hydrated and take some warm showers or baths. And of course get enough sleep.

I'm a girl and I just want toned arms and lose flabby skin. I did more reps and lesser weight. I have got sore muscles the next day and I touch my arms and i feel like a strong muscle there. I don't want to grow muscles i just wanted to lose weight in my arms and now I'm worried. 🥺

If you have doms, the worst thing you can do is sit on your ass and complain, you gotta move the muscle and drink lots of water, doesnt take a phD to learn.

Sir, I'm not sure that the "acid generating metabolites" are to blame. Ketones are turned into pyruvate and the lactic acid makes the burning.

Basically my neck muscles were hurting real bad from an exercise. You need to eat protein and get your blood pumping. Blood takes what your muscles need to get better.
