No real traction in this locality. I think areas like Wagholi-Manjari-Avhalwadi and Mhalunge-Tathawade-Punawale will get more traction in future due to commercial activity and connectivity to Ring Road. South Pune will get traction only when Purandar airport comes to reality.

I live near serum institute,and it's an old society (built in 1984) but quality of construction is so good that even till this date we aren't able to drill a hole in the walls easily. It's a 1 Bhk flat of 630 sq ft and it's surprising to see that even the 3 bhk flat nowadays have a minimum built up area of just 690sq ft😮
