Problem with Magarpatta city is that they maintained magarpatta as company so if you will buy flat you will get share certificate, earlier it was physical and now those are electronic cdsl account which really hard to add into cdsl and then transfer it to new seller in case of resale.. it’s really frustrating extra process in which many people are suffering and nobody helping them
Better to invest in Real estate share like DLF n oberoi realty n kolte patil and i bet you would get better return in next 2 years than buying fake flat that has been built on poor material n with no good return in long run
