    Magarpatta Hadpasar Roads are small and in Magarpatta city there are no new IT industry.
    Only West is Hot

      Magarpatta city me jagah exhaust ho chuki hai but pass me hi kharadi me kamse kam 10 IT parks ka kam chalu hai. Magarpatta will always be in demand due to quality and ease of living.

      @@vishalkamble6396 Yes that’s a big one. 8 million sqft. Also, they’re building a new township riverview city. If Ring Road happens then township will be directly accessible.

      Prices are higher and near by infrastructure is worst, no traffic management

    Pune literally has starvation issue of water and literally there no place to drive to office due to roads full of traffic and hooligans.

    Invest anywhere but avoid Goel Ganga Developments. Worst experience and known for false promises in Kharadi

      Almost all projects in kharadi is Scam... You are paying huge amount for Small carpet with no basic suvidha... Like there is water shortage issue...

      ​@@shreyas_dube If a middle-class salaried person typically belonging to the IT service sector, had to invest around 40 lakhs in the city of Pune or outskirts, which places or projects would you recommend keeping in mind of the availability of basic amenities like water, decent neighborhood, market and connectivity.     high time public should get out of the FOMO scenario.. rates increase isiliye hote hain kyunki channel partners aur brokers FOMO environment create kar dete hain..! public should stop listening to them and research on their own before putting in hard earned money on a hyped project..! Pune facing a severe water shortage issue.. pani hi nahi rahega to 4 deewar khareed ke kya karenge..!!

      There is a lot land available near by kharadi.. Rwl estate agent apko pehle 400 acres me le kr jate h Kharadi k naam se manjari ki jgh Wale projects dikhane wo b magarpatta Wale price me😅

    My relative got possession of 1 cr + property in Baner in Jan 2020...Today Jan 2025 and still his residential complex is completely dependent on tankar mafia...Horrible..Others issues like arguments , fights over silly issues exists...Loan installment ..job uncertainty.. Complete headache ..no peace of mind , no sleep..so BP , Sugar just in 40s

    Problem with Magarpatta city is that they maintained magarpatta as company so if you will buy flat you will get share certificate, earlier it was physical and now those are electronic cdsl account which really hard to add into cdsl and then transfer it to new seller in case of resale.. it’s really frustrating extra process in which many people are suffering and nobody helping them

    Better to invest in Real estate share like DLF n oberoi realty n kolte patil and i bet you would get better return in next 2 years than buying fake flat that has been built on poor material n with no good return in long run
