    Currently all projects are overpriced even though demand is not high and many issues like water and traffic especially in Pune west area.

      Main Punawale main raheta hu water problem ab hona chalu ho gaya hai agale 5 10 sal main bahut bura hal hone wala hai jis tarhase construction yaha ho rahe hai water problem serious issue hone wala hai I m deciding to move my hometown in upcoming future

    Pune real estate is in a bubble . People are buying properties with no water and roads at high prices.. builders sell and leave , people suffer .. After five years people will realise their money has gone down the drain ..

      Name me one city in India not facing these issues, every city has its pros and cons...and what about opportunities...if opportunities are there, people will come, and ofcourse there will be shortages in resources...only needed is better planning over period.

    Sir in micromarket like Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar etc flat rates are constantly increasing. Flats are unaffordable. 2bhk are over 1.25cr in most of the location. Will these pockets remain elite locations

    Pune real estate is a Fools Paradise 😂lot of litigation issues,
    Hard Water,
    Lack of civic amenities
    Socities members are fighting all the time over pitty issues..
    No rwsale values
    However rent income is good
    N need a roof over head
    So chal raha he bhai😂
    ( P.S Dont mean to brag but own flats in 3 different localities🎉❤n moreover every place is same so know how things go)

    Price and demand will not decrease. Not at least for another two decades. Instead water will be fetched from more far away sources using pipeline projects.

    There is problem with rental yield and cost of flat. Please invest carefully for 2bhk or 3bhk. There is all time demand of 1bhk.

    Pune Real Estate Demand is not high.. I have seen many flats projects are Vacant No Buyers.. Even Cars are not gettin Sold.. Forget about Flats in Pune

    There is no posh locality and non developed or never become posh locality in Pune. Rates at extreme east or west is kept equal to Kalyani nagar 😂. Who determine this? N where is Civic sense here ? Greed prevails and both builders and ppl are part of it ..

    Yeh brokers kitni mehnat karte hai prices ko jyada karne aur upar rakhne ke liye.. just for their cut of few thousands of Rupees.. koi demand nahi hai toh bhi bolenge, price nahi girega, le lo..
    if we start with fixed rate for brokerage, prices will automatically come to normal levels 😂
    Brokers hi saare problems ki jaad hai.. real estate in India ko barbaad kar rakha hai.. na koi Khareed pa raha hai, na koi bech pa raha hai.. poora market thaap hai because of brokers

    No municipality water, no good roads, traffic jams. Inflated real estate rates. Don't buy houses in Pune. Property prices double after 14-15 yrs. Better to invest elsewhere.
