You are exposing UA-camrs who are “teaching” about lighting 😀 well done. This IS “cinematic” lighting. 👏👏👏
Hahahah so true.
SebastianAsian I think those “lighting” setups are great for beginners who are just learning, then later it becomes more about conveying the emotion and mood of a scene. :)
Levels.
@@Weird_Quests yea its more photography lessons what youtubers teach.. rather then lighting an entire scene..
This truly explains how lighting is important overall.
Film is art of light.
@We like Music what?
@We like Music I am confused on so many levels right now
I get the sarcasm 😂
Bro this has NOTHING to do with the black magic. The art direction, lighting and cinematography is just insane! 👏🏽
I know, but I could not get such a cool dynamic range on DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
@@ANDBERY Doesnt the A7iii have more dynamic range and better low light capabilities than the BMPCC4K?
@@evan.whobrey it's not even close to the RAW footage
@@evan.whobrey lol, no.
It has a bit to do with it. No camera is this price point could capture a scene this well, no matter the lighting.
Probably the best p4k footage on YT right now
Outstanding work. Honestly the lighting here truly isn't complicated, just well designed and well executed... and the shots are exposed properly, which is where you can really botch things even with good lighting. This is /production design/ and it is absolutely cinematic. One could light their kitchen like this and film themselves wearing a T-shirt with a BMPCC4K all day, but it's never gonna look like this.
The comment section seems to be in agreement.... 'you are a great cinematographer who happens to own a BMPCC 4k'
Absolutely fantastic!! And I love how you showed how it was all done!! ❤️❤️
I love watching true Cinematographers shape light. Great work.
This could have been shot on a 5D MARK 2 and would have still looked amazing!! The cinematography and lighting is incredible !!!
Please more! Great stuff man.

I still think that every photographer is that the man who can make paintings by lighting . It’s amazing job!

Liking the format of your videos. Quick and to the point 👍
Outstanding work!
Excellent!
beautiful !!
MY GOD! This is beautiful! Thank you for sharing
One of the secrets of great lighting is to have big sets. It makes it much easier to light.
But the bigger the set, the bigger the light necessary to fill it. High returns proceed high gives.
Damn! Beautiful work
The song makes me want to rewatch tales from the loop again 💯
Thank god!! At least someone posting "cinematic" video without cinescope bars;) Nice video!!
Konrad Fleckenstein or a B-Roll travel video lol
Amazing work!! fantastic!!
Beautiful
Beautiful lighting, thank you for sharing this knowledge with us
Awesome!!!
Lighting is such an art form and skill that takes a lot of practice and patience, and when it’s done right you get Beautiful results like you all didi in this video, Thank you.

Gonna buy this camera!!!

This is eloquently educational, progressive and innovative. Subscribed!
hell yeah. just fascinating! the lighting, strictly controlled for the very end of highlight and shadow area in the frame. I... I falled into it.
So gifted!!!!! gorgeous work
Thank you :)
Nice work man!
So much knowledge in such a short video
Quite interesting. Thank you. 🎉
Better than all those camera tester guys and gals. You're an artist and light better.
ahhhhhh it's so nice.
Maravilloso. Creo que a la luz reflejada por el espejo le podía haber sacado más partido.
you my friend are a genius
Андрей, просто волшебство🔥
Денис, спасибо!)
Beautiful 😍
love it!
For sharing your Artistry and the Beauty of your Craft and Skills....and the Love of Cinema, you are Awesome. I subscribed. I Liked.
your work is really great and simple.
you have my respect from your first video.
Thank you for sharing
Very nice look. Even the budget says a lot: 6000 bugs for lighting, a 1200 bugs camera. Means: A 30000 bugs cam wouldn`t help without good lighting. This is a very impressive example. Thank you ANDBERY. Even the BMPCC is a bit soft anyway, I like the haze look in these scenes.
Beautifully done
FANTASTIC IMAGE AND LIGHTING THATS JUST 27 SEC IN
This looks great! Cinematography and grading is on point, that in combo with this set design, art direction, casting, etc you got yourself a beautiful looking piece! Still can't get over the FOV of micro 4/3rds but hey this looks great! ha ha
You Sir, have earned yourself another subscriber! Great content.
Mesmerizing.
Such an incredible video bro.
Bravo. Muy bella la luz 👌
RED disliked this video... apparently their Red Mag 960GB is expensive than BMPCC 6K.
Haha, so true :)
Wow it so good
With effort comes reward. Obvious talent here (and mostly behind the camera!)
Sooooo cinematic
Incredible Work 👍
I love how their bmpcc cameras aren't even ridiculously rigged up with all kinds of unnecessary bells and whistles that critics like to say you "need" for this camera to shoot well. And look at the picture they got, its amazing.
I laugh to myself when i see people spend over $25 on a microphone they’re just gonna put onto the camera lmao
Quality of your shot relies more heavily on how its lit than what your shooting with. I've seen stellar films shot with cameras I never expected could pull off what they did all because the DP knew how to shape and use light. That being said you definitely don't need all the bells and whistles but they do all have purpose and are all designed to offer you more freedom and speed.
HOLY. just wow.
nice!!
