we were disappointed to only score 38 but the next morning on replay BO said ''when the opponent scored 0 you're doing something right''.
What did the announcer mean at the end when he said this was the 7th or 27th loss for Northwestern?

I checked Michigan's schedules for 1979-81, and all 3 games against Northwestern were in Ann Arbor. That's doesn't seem fair (even if it didn't really matter where the game was played because no one was worse than NW back then).
