Losing ones ego was so amazing for me. To bad it doesn't last, but I'll never forget it.
To gain any real traction and have a solid chance of returning to that egoless state on a regular basis, it has to be an all-day, every-day practice that your entire lifestyle is built around. Daily meditation is an essential part of it for me.
Even with that, I know there will always be low points and challenges, but the contrast of the low points is part of what makes the egoless state so lovely & rewarding.😌🌈⚡️🪐
This really spoke to me. I’ve been on my own journey trying to heal and find my true self. I live in a small community where resources surrounding this information are non existent and there is no community of people who are interested in the same things I seem to be called to learn. This is very inspiring for me. Thank you
Wonderful! I love hearing this. Definitely look into Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work if you haven’t already. There’s an ENORMOUS community built around his books/documentaries/retreats/and teachings-there are meditation & discussion groups all over social media and the internet.

had an OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE as a kid, or NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE... not sure what u would call it.
I got hit on the road by a car, speeding at night with no light. i was a young kid. immediately i had an AERIAL VIEW of the whole thing, I remember all like it was yesterday. kinda like sitting in a tree about 50 feet high, looking down on everything, I was absolutely weightless, no body..... this was before I'd ever heard of this kind of thing. i looked dead.. people around me, my family., saw the car that hit me, it had hit a telephone pole,. saw the ambulance pull up, put me on the gurney, put me in the ambulance, and as soon as they shut the door, I woke up in the ambulance. praise God!
This is INCREDIBLE!! What a transformative gift you were given at such a young age. It must have informed your entire life moving forward.

Thamks Memory for this nice video, in my experience since I am doing the standing breath work plus the sitting and my pineal gland has become so sensitive and its now very sensitive against the heat like infront of the stove and so on
How interesting! I think that’s a really good sign. Not everyone is able to feel it physically like that, and you’re feeling it outside of meditation, too. Such a tiny little thing but its power is just incredible!💪🏵️⚡️

I don't like the word "meditation ". A friend convinced me to label those videos as such because that is a recognizable description...
but the problem is, I don't know the what or how about meditation. You are supposed to be silent & still for meditation... but i find sound & motion helps me tap into my Meta Mind.
Moving forward, I will call it what it called me.... Ascension Acceleration.
It's easier to create your own thing which u don't have to ask questions about then to have every step dictated by a preexisting practice or theology.

Wow. What a beautiful picture you painted for me. I shall start learning Joe Despenza's breath work. I think many women are looking for true freedom, from themselves, fear, guilt, shame and domineering husbands(I know it can run both ways but in my life he has dominated me. I didn't realize it until about 5 years ago I began standing up for myself. It wasn't pretty ugly and if pushed, I can still flip the switch and go full beast mode. He tried to shout me down, belittle me down, call me crazy, drug addict, anything but look back at the guy in the mirror and maybe ask a question like could I be the problem??? Oh no, none of that. Due to being chronicly in pain from biofilms and mold it has taken me on a long journey to find my health again so I haven't been at liberty to just walk away so I stayed and battled it out. I will say there is something in me that won't back down and I have gained his respect or fear, not sure which but suffice it to say I scared the living you know what out of him. I'm continuing down this path no matter where it leads. I am fearless due to awakening and I refuse to be treated as less than an equal and he realizes that now. Thank you for your video.

It’s the breathwork technique that Joe Dispenza teaches! I put a couple links to shorts that describe it in the description of this video.
I kinda have my own version of the breath that I do, and the leader of my meditation group teaches it a little differently, but to me all the versions are based on the same principles… pulling in the lower abdominal muscles and contracting everything as much as possible, visualizing the energy rising up from the lower chakras, and using the pressure of the breath in the upper lungs to push the cerebral spinal fluid up to the pineal gland.
You can also search “pranayama to move cerebral spinal fluid” or “yoga to move cerebral spinal fluid” for more traditional techniques.
However it’s done, it’s all about getting the fluid to hit the pineal!
