Plus Dr. Joe has a new breath work video that just came at the beginning of January I am not proficient at this either but I am trying to learn hence me watching this video lol.. I have been attempting to create videos around preparing for the workshop and my own experience - but I am still feeling a little "wonky" after returning home. Have you? The meditations are helping but with "eyes wide open" and letting go of the old self in survival mode is real work! Not good or bad! Just work. Thank you for the explanation.. The hardest thing for me is the slow inspiration, at the same time as the contraction of the muscles... I inhale faster than each contraction, suddenly when I arrive at the level of the heart can inspire more.

My mentor introduced me to Joe. I’m now at that stage where I’m ready learn / experience the joinder of the two energies. In the gospel of Thomas, Christ spoke about making the two into one. What I have learned in my academic study is that we are turning the body into more of a bipolar magnet which is/ are two sides of a SINGLE field. Which reminds me about what Christ had said. When you get to the top you'll feel a little flushed. Hold this for a moment and then release and repeat. If you use some meditation music you can maintain a rhythm. It helps.

Hi, thnx for the example you privide, keep in mind when you are pushing, or better yet, moving the fluid up and down the spinal cord, since it is charged it is producting that all important energy field (electronics engineer here :) ). That which intertwines with the present moment (source, quantum etc), from where all things/events/etc emerge and can be created to appear in our 3D "life". I am grateful that I ran into your chanel, I have been wondering the how to do some of this stuff. I understand, each one of us is different but at the least your approach provides me with a real good idea of how to get it going. That I know of, I have not had the experiencing of reaching that present moment. Heck, who knows maybe I have and cause of my logical thinking brain I just miss it. Hey Crystal, Well, I found your video a few days ago and started practising in this way. Something weird happened during last night meditation. First, i started with Dr. Joe's "Generous present moment" like i always do daily. Then, right after it was finished, i started, "Blessing of the energy centres I" After that meditation, i felt a tremendous amount of energy sensation in my body (mainly from my heart to top of the head). And my head was filled with lotsa energy. It was heavy. Then i started to do the breath. This time, without the audio track. During the first attempt, i felt the connection between the tailbone and region where the pineal is gland is located. During the 2nd and 3rd breath, i felt weird sensation going in side my body started a CONVULSION. I experienced it during 2 or 3 more breaths, and it's got increased. I got SCARED and lost my focus during the exercise and stopped doing it. Headed to the bed immediately. it was like 1am or so. After a few minutes resting on the bed, i felt like NAUSEA. I would like to hear your thoughts and assitance on this. Hence, i don't know anyone personally doing Dr. Joe's work or meditation with this type of experience. Thank you.
Side note I have never been on a Dr Joe's week long workshops, but i have read the Breaking the Habit of being your self. Also i have studied online course "The formula" in his website and "Progressive workshop online course".

I’m now at that stage where I’m ready learn / experience the joinder of the two energies.
In the gospel of Thomas, Christ spoke about making the two into one.
What I have learned in my academic study is that we are turning the body into more of a bipolar magnet which is/ are two sides of a SINGLE field.

Hi, thnx for the example you privide, keep in mind when you are pushing, or better yet, moving the fluid up and down the spinal cord, since it is charged it is producting that all important energy field (electronics engineer here :) ). That which intertwines with the present moment (source, quantum etc), from where all things/events/etc emerge and can be created to appear in our 3D "life".
I am grateful that I ran into your chanel, I have been wondering the how to do some of this stuff. I understand, each one of us is different but at the least your approach provides me with a real good idea of how to get it going. That I know of, I have not had the experiencing of reaching that present moment. Heck, who knows maybe I have and cause of my logical thinking brain I just miss it. However, I am patient ... and it has brought me great things, like your channel.

Hey Crystal,
Well,
I found your video a few days ago and started practising in this way.
Something weird happened during last night meditation.
First, i started with Dr. Joe's "Generous present moment" like i always do daily. Then, right after it was finished, i started, "Blessing of the energy centres I"
After that meditation, i felt a tremendous amount of energy sensation in my body (mainly from my heart to top of the head). And my head was filled with lotsa energy. It was heavy.
Then i started to do the breath. This time, without the audio track.
During the first attempt, i felt the connection between the tailbone and region where the pineal is gland is located.
During the 2nd and 3rd breath, i felt weird sensation going in side my body started a CONVULSION.
I experienced it during 2 or 3 more breaths, and it's got increased.
I got SCARED and lost my focus during the exercise and stopped doing it. Headed to the bed immediately. it was like 1am or so.
After a few minutes resting on the bed, i felt like NAUSEA.
I would like to hear your thoughts and assitance on this. Hence, i don't know anyone personally doing Dr. Joe's work or meditation with this type of experience.

Once you attend the Advanced Workshop, you will have access to all of the Advanced meditations. These Advanced meditations include the Pineal Gland Activation breath. Dr. Joe has a whole chapter dedicated to 'The Pineal Gland' in his book "Becoming Supernatural" (Page 255). Page 260 explains the activation of the Pineal Gland.
This movement may be done standing, sitting, and lying down. Per one meditation session: The Breath is done after you activate your heart chakra and before entering into "nothing/space." Now the breakdown (these are estimated times) is about 5 to 6 breaths lasting about 30 to 40 seconds each with a 10 to 20-second rest in between. Release The Breath by breathing out.
