MAAAAAN! Its good to see you getting back at it. Had my ACL repaired a couple years ago. Hated that recovery process but thankful I did it.will keep you in prayers for full and speedy recovery!

I suffered an injury in my left shoulder during rowing training. I tried two years of muscle building to recover my shoulder but it was still painful due to the exercises angles...what cured me was to come back to capoeira Angola. Axé!
I'm in a similar situation. Right meniscus tear. 12 weeks later and I'm still in pain. Good to see you back man.

Your 30 day calisthenics challenge leg work out is very good for my "fencers knee" as well, but side lunges I fit in and a little other upper back sequence😉 hope you get your usual Power back soon, activation of the forefoot is another hint for restrength your knee, flipflop walking easiest😉 flying moves no weight on it and for the hinge joint cycling🤠
But a question, what happens to the challenge days 9-30 on UA-cam?

Have seen in your yesterday video that you recover fast 😎 figured out that the best for the hinge joint of the knee is cycling, in nature woods o2, if you can do longer terms, as well as laid back😉 and your static lunges are quiet good, try the 80:20 lunges and then duck run. Had often problems wir my "fencers knee", often rehealed while doing Capoeira flows and negativa exercises and flying moves like swimming, nowadays very hard, beginning wintertime germany 20qm appartement lockdown no equipment 🙄
