Thanks for the plug buddy, sorry about the jets, I didn’t know if we’d play with them on the dyno since I jetted it up to compensate for the scoop after it was at the race track. I’ll get OUR jets back over there asap!
Hi MprJ I’ve always said this from day one, that I only knew you would have had progressive stages in your Cuda build. And so and behold look where you are now, and the amazing thing is your so talented, that I can only guess that you’ll be in bigger horsepower in the years to come. Love the build for the 512. Take care Joe 👍 🙏🏽 ✝️
Very cool to have your own car in a miniature version ! You say the car wins more than the driver . I tend to think you win not only because you’re excellent at building a very stout car but you are very fast out of the gate . Most of your slips show a very fast reaction time .
Cool miniature ride. It's really nice that those back roads in Mexico are close to your house. I'm really looking forward to some track times and videos.
That miniature is very impressive. I felt physical pain when you were explaining the transmission install (twisting, unbolting...dear lord 🤣). But it sounds ready for the track!!
Looks to be that converter lock up is spot on. Was a bit confused on what you said about Jamie showing up at the NNN as that's a bit of a drive for him. Plus the only race car he has is the demon. The garbage can cuda is a ways off from what I hear. The die cast is way cool lol got to get one of my 72 roadrunner lol doubt that can be even done. I saved this video for the great info on parts.
Thanks Rooster. Jamie probably won’t make NNN. But Vic has our cars racing at the end of his video making Jamie’s car. That one is scheduled for later in the month.
5:00 That is fricken cool as hell! I wish that was a thing back in the 90s when I had all my chargers and satellites and whatnot, I'd have gone bonkers to get something like that. With that level of detail I wouldn't be shocked if he got that crusty K-Frame detail added in hahaha! On the topic of crusty... what ever happened with the green bean road runner reskin?
It’s absolutely going to happen this year. Not yesterday. It was about 80 degrees outside and the air was terrible. I also forgot my scoop seal at home and lost 1-2 mph. The good news is, I could basically paint the number on the window for the day.
Hey Joe. Forgive me if I’m wrong but we’re you not going to show at some how you were going to set up a return line to the fuel tank and how it works on a naturally aspirated car.
I’ve watched so many of your videos on my tv and I couldn’t put a thumbs up or comment cause I need to sign in to google on tv but I will watch all of your videos on my phone because ther all great videos tha way I can give you thumbs up I’m signed in to my phone your videos are simply the best haven’t seen a bad video I got a question the river rat thing how did that come about it does make sense cause your driving a barracuda which is a fish but it looks a lot like my 67 fs 383 especially wen you run the centre lines I miss that car a lot spent many weekends at the drags racing it only 13s high but still a lot of fun so hopefully I can do something next year with this 440 six pac I have truck or a body if I can find a cheap a body if not I guess truck it’s all about the dollars especially now that I’m 65 but I will figure it out lol
Just a question about putting together front end after rebuild. Do you tighten the upper arms and lower control arm with weight? I'm about to put my front end together in my dart sport 360. I want to do things right. Thank you.
Unbelievable that’s typically how it goes. You want full weight and all four wheels and tires on ground before tightening uppers. That’s how I see my alignment shop do it.
If it was last out at Newport I was there the car looked sounded and ran great . Don't know if I have asked what happened to the green (dart/swinger) I think ? Do you still have it ? Love the little diecast
Thanks brother. I was at Newport yesterday. The green swinger was my dads car. I’ve definitely still got it. I’ll sell the fleet before it gets sold! It will run again someday!
My brother built the transmission. I do not run a trabsbrake because it would change the class that I would race in. The converter flashed to around 5,200-5,400. The breather hose goes past the header collector on the drivers side, in to an evac system. The passenger side has my 02 bung.
@@JustMoparJoe you only have the breather hose on one side the driver side! You run a o2 sensor on passenger side What's a evac system you have pics of that Mopar Joe? Does your brother have a tranny shop?

Enjoyed this vid. Great car and cool replica.
Thank you!
Looking good brother good to see any improvement on the track
Thanks Grand! Now to improve the driver!
The Cuda whines like a Ford Powersteering Pump. The 512 is sounding great. Great video.
Haha! She makes it happen!
The fish swims fast like a shark 🦈 👍🇺🇸
Thanks brother
Always enjoy your videos boss.

Heck Yeah! This Year Is Gonna Be AWESOME!🤘😎🤘
Thanks Lars 🫡
Dude so awesome you got your own “hot wheels” super cool
Thanks Joe!
Transmission doing transmission things! Back to the track!

Congrats on the scale die cast Barracuda!!!
Thanks brother!
Looks like drew gotcha hooked up. Good luck at the track sunday. Keep up the good video's joe.
Thanks Jeff!
Funny as hell. I was watching the video and when you blipped the throttle in high gear the wife says " Jesus " . Perked her ears right up.
Haha! I dropped my phone. I was trying to get a close up of the tach.
Sounds good Joe, should be quite the runner this summer 🏁
Thanks, Jeff! I finally got the Cope parts in place
@@JustMoparJoenice! My CRT built c6 is back in my bird, just need to wire up the transbrake

Awesome video brother! That purple Barracuda just keeps getting meaner... 😎🏁
Thanks Brother Tony! Mopars to the front!
Sounds strong so far. Can't wait to see how racing goes on Sunday. Good luck!

Thanks Donald! Video coming tomorrow
Thank you so much for that, Joe. You're awesome. And patient. Can't WAIT to see that beastie in person. :D
Thanks, Vic. Hope to lay down its fastest passes at NNN this year!
I'm glad you are tall. With that front-end lifting, it would be hard to see over. Good luck this weekend!
Haha! Thanks Buddy!
Thanks for the update, Joe! The engine sounds great but the rear end sounds like it has quite a whine to it while coasting.
Thanks brother
Purple people eater . Chrysler shows the way . Keep the dream alive . She a mean machine for sure Joe .👍🏻🇦🇺.
Thanks Brother!
Thanks for the ride, Joe. I haven't been in a fast car in a very long time...
Thanks brother. It’s not fast yet, but should be by the end of the year. Until then. Bracket Time!
That’s cool Joe can’t wait to see it on the track again. Sounds like the diff is starting to whine a bit lol.
Yea she only whines when decelerating coast side of the gear 😂
Another great video
Thanks Steve!
