I'm northern swedish, with forest finnish roots from Savo, and Ostrobothnian roots. Those are ancient roots too. And my northern swedish roots are the most ancient. Northern swedes have been in northern Sweden since bronze age, way before karelians even set foot in Karelia. Finns and karelians are very new in europe. Why are you pretending that only Karelians are "ancient"? As if that is the only valid identity...
