i love these short workouts. i usually put a few together and then i am done 🥵 i tried a few of your older ones and they were tough. i think i prefer your current workouts. much more gentle but still very effective ❤️
I do this too! I like to put a few of the 10 and 15 minute workouts together. Next thing you know, I’m done and I didn’t even realize how enjoyable it was to work out.
Me too! It’s how I like to workout out so I don’t get bored doing one long workout 🤩 yes I used to go a little faster but I’ve found a pace my body enjoys now 💛
These workouts are keeping me sane while I write my thesis 😂😂 I have a whole playlist I shared with my labmate so that we both can move at least 10 min a day. 😅

Thank you this was great. I do have a quick question. When I pres on my right knee in the bending movements it pops and hurts, are there any exersises that you have for this or how can I substitute the exersise so I dont get that feeling of breaking my knee ❤thank you again Mon!

you should just avoid the movement and maybe see a doctor ❤
