Just tried for the first time after sticking with physical therapy for 3 months for a trapezius strain that wouldn’t resolve. It felt good! I’ve gotta say the reverse plank/tabletop is advanced, so I’m doing a modified version. Should I do this routine daily?
Is it a good idea to do all those 3 pilates exercises in a row i mean those for posture then for core and after that for glutes? Or is it better to so them on a diffreent days?

@@HealthistaTV i have a disc problem and as one of the rehabilitation tools i have been told to try pilates. I have done them all in a row definitely need a break for core and glutes. I need some more time to work on the form because for now some exercises are hard to do with good form. I would definetley watxh some more pilates videos or other bodywieght videos that helps strengthen the body and make it more flexible

This is a great video, do you do one for lower body, legs, achillies, hips etc ? Done the glutes and core videos.
