  • Many of us 'supplement' our chronic fatigue with powerful stimulants found in caffeinated beverages and products. When we reach the end of our day, with our brains amped up from this chemical stimulation we often then reach for a CNS depressant, which is often alcohol or marijuana. Beyond all doubt, these coping mechanisms are detrimental to our sleep and this is what you can do about it. By the way, it's been my experience in working with my students and coaching clients that adjustments here are among the MOST POWERFUL techniques to improve sleep quality.
