And if you add VR to the mix, spatial awareness and the ability to judge corners takes it to a level Forza players can only dream of.
@@M-hq9xz robotic? The steering animations alone are a full tier above Forza’s, whose arms look like they’re stiff arming the wheel with broken wrists. Forza’s camera’s always too high, has steering animations that are robotic and can’t turn past 180°, has wonky shifting, no sense of lateral/longitudinal/vertical movement, and has interior lighting that disregards having a literal car enveloping it, making it too bright when there should be shadows. Even the emblem on the steering wheel doesn’t react to lighting and shadows. Easy place to start vs GT’s example.
WOW I can't believe how good forza looks now they almost look like the same game at times it only took Turn 10 nearly a year but here we are. Forza tracks were always good from the start anyway it was everything else that was a shambles.

However forza takes the W as it looks immersive, good environments ect, well it wins for an arcade game definitely, while gt7 is just a bit boring and stale, environments are just static photo pics. The chase cam looks odd, and car just moves wrong
Seemingly Forza has come a long way since launch because I remember it not looking anywhere near as good as GT7 at launch, but now it's so close Actually may be even better in this comparison.
Both look great, the details i noticed is that forza has a lot of props around the track that are not there in real life, meanwhile Gran Turismo sticks to what the track is in real life

@@jesusserrano8769 I always see this bad argument to defend GT7s horrible environmental detail. Just look at those flat 2d 'tree walls' It's 1000 times better to have a few more (fully detailed) trees than real life, than having a whole circuit that looks worse than Iracing 10 years ago

And by better I mean the surfaces and some of the track details. That's it. Everything else goes to Forza ESPECIALLY the driving, you know the main thing about a driving game. I always see this "Forza players bringing up trees, as if trees are what I want in a driving game", and then bring up the grass in gt. Forza has well better driving physics. Gt7 fans really have to grasp straws. The game is good. But as a driving game Forza is just better, and in the way that counts.

With Brands Hatch they used the old model, but applied the new engine on it and changes a few things here and there like with other tracks too. Kyalami for example is a completely new track
Since this video got recommended I went and checked in the Steam page to see if they finally fixed this game, Recent Reviews: Mostly Negative All Reviews: Mixed One review says: "if you want to know what its like to finally let the road rage take over this is the game for you. its practically an idiotic driver simulator." They killed FM back to Horizon it is

@@gonzalo_blackmamba Putting Forza on performance RT doesn't do much for it's visuals. On a contrary it significantly lowers the resolution making overall picture quality worse.

GT looks good but the way the car moves on the screen to me looks and feels all wrong, yet in cockpit it’s great, Forza for me has always played and moved better on screen, track graphics are good but generally the car models are just passable at best, more work will happen I’m sure but it may be too late, Microsoft should get more people in to sort this to get people playing, there’s also a lot to like in Forza 🤠

as a GT player, I say enjoy what you enjoy. Both are good in their own right. I'd say FM adds more fanfare to the experience, while GT offers more realism. Neither of which is better or worse imo.
You should relay to everyone that GT7 crowds only fill up for actual races, the little touches like track days when you're the only one there is part of the game. When you have actual races, the stands are filled. Forza uses a one size fits all approach, so no matter what the stands are filled, no big deal. PD likes to add little things here and there, like the marshalls and during rainy weather those walking about will have on ponchos. Track side detail isn't a one and done thing in GT. If you played GT7 enough, you might have noticed the little details. Now, if they'd just fix those non moving trees, tired of branches that don't move in the wind, it's weird to see that in this generation of games still.

Did you watch this vid on your phone? Because I watched it in 4k on my 55" qd oled. And while forza has more stuff around the track, gt is far more detailed. The tarmac on forza and the overall look is blurry. Gt wins by a country mile

Thing is that they don't care or don't realize how the game is literally unfinished, with outdated netcodes, countless bugs and 95% recycled content (not to mention the two gens older car models) and they get slapped with the 'built from the ground up' slogan which they do believe and defend diehard the game no matter how bad is as long as it has the Forza name. I as a GT fan love GT7 but I have a list of complaints and of course there will be things that GT will do better than Forza and vice versa, but Forza fans will remain Forza fans.......

Brands Hatch is not a new to Forza track. It has been in FM7 already, so you should inform yourself better.

Forza great detail track side but look cartoonish
