One thing I did that can help a lot with air is building anti air in Eastern Poland, I’ve also noticed Germany often has an easier time in Southern Poland, so I built a few forts there. Worked perfectly and I was still able to have more than enough factories.
Germany and it's allies really stacked my border hard, they relentlessly assaulted my border in Poland and by the time I managed to methodically encircle and capitulate Germany I had 1.12 million casualties total. I STILL got the achievement though, I think it's because the casualties Germany inflicted on me was only 919k. Anyway, thanks for the guide, I think if I'm lucky I might be able to use this to get the Race for Germany achievement too, not having to worry about Romania really frees up a lot of troops.
Great video, but I have a problem. For me, Finland is always guaranteed by France and the UK, even though I have a war goal even earlier than in the video. Each way this video def deserves more likes and views
Hey, good guide, but for me Germany just puts many more dovisions in the border, they have like 7 divisions per tike in 1941 and it makes it a pain, i can't start pushing until very late, why did they put kess divisions with you?
At the beginning of the war they had around 8 per tile but the encirclements I got with my tanks and air support is why they started to have less later on in the video
I think it would still be possible without the tank or plane designer since with the old plane designer you can just add general buffs to your planes and no dlc tanks are still very powerful
I guess I'm not understanding the tank division quantity. So its start of game units + 4 divisions. And like 5 additional sets of 24 infantry divisions?
Yeah, I mean you should be able to produce even more tank divisions but I went with such a small amount to prevent supply issues and so it would be easier for me to keep count of casualties.
Followed this guide to the letter, but I keep getting to the winter war and having France and Britain guaranteeing Finland, not sure if I am missing something or if its just a random occurrence? Any ideas?
did you justify on them through the focus or did you justify on them normally? If you justified a war goal without the focus then this will happen because of world tension. You don't have to have Finland anyway so it is not a huge deal if you cannot take them over.
@@Noto Hey, thanks for the reply. Yeah doing it through the focus. Its wierd as this is my second run as I didnt manage to get Rome on my first time. That first run no guarantees, but now Im trying to just get Rome the guarantees keep coming lol.

It's really easy to get if you hide behind the Stalin line and keep encircling them south of Kiev.

If you go for it earlier that might happen if the world tension that you've generated is above 10%. It usually ticks down quickly early game though.

why did you use 28 width tanks? 35/36 is good for planes and u are attacking through poland and germany

Just trying to make the divisions simplistic and easy to produce. I dont usually do specific metas since I don't feel it's necessary in singleplayer.
