Great advice, thank you! I am pleasantly surprised by your channel, I think the value of it should be seen by millions of people. Could you make a video about cervical radiculopathy and ulnar nerve compression (signs, symptoms, examination, management, etc.)?

Your videos are fantastic. Researched based info, great presentation, broad view encompassing other potential dysfunctions. Thank you very much for what your doing. Great quick hits for a sports therapy student like me. Would love a video on cervical radiculopathy. Thanks again

What is a complete list of other conditions that can cause numbness on the thumbs and index fingertips? How can you tel the difference in symptoms?
Those are my main symptoms and I can't tell if I have carpal tunnel or just some other kind of nerve overuse injury.

I think for future videos it'd be beneficial to include essential, or most effective interventions generally speaking

We can do a more in depth video on treatment in future. The suggestions provided- activity modification and splint - are a great place to start. While some other exercises (which we will cover in next video) are helpful at times, avoiding positions which increase pressure on carpal tunnel is an effective method for helping symptoms.

I don't think that i have those symptoms.
I have a little pain in the wrist and index finger and my right wrist pops when i flexes and extend.
What do you think i could do to get better?
Yesterday i started doing forearm weightlift and movilization, focusing on extension.
Sorry if i miss some words, my english is rusty.
That's all, thank you, i'm always here

Popping isnt an indicator for serious injury or something, check how mobil ur wrisg is, check for thr carpal bones to be in position (bajonette postion?), i would recommend not start with to high intensity with your wrist curls, using an band is a good option so u can modify the angle of force and so on. Wrist stabilisation in general ist a good idea, search for "fitness faqs wrist" and start easy
