Could you briefly elaborate on the management for patients who are moderately irritable?
Very similar to the video to be honest my friend…. Splint, possibly injection, if no continued improvement then consideration of surgery especially if symptoms are worsening….. every patient case dependent 🙏🏼
Wow, nice explanation with cause n effect. Tnx. 👍
@@sujaniwithanage2858 you are very welcome
Hey I was wondering If numbness of a single fingertip (middle finger with no previous tingling) and dorsolateral pain on the upper arm can also be caused by a carpal tunnel syndrome? I'm studying it right now and I thought tingling would always be involved in some form, as well as most innervated fingers
Hi! I suppose just in the single fingertip is possible but I would imagine this would describe a very mild form if only one finger and only one fingertip affected….. I.E. other differential diagnoses would need to be considered. Dorsolateral pain of the upper arm almost certainly unlikely to be specifically carpal tunnel syndrome as the compression of the the carpal tunnel is specifically at the wrist and so upper arm (humerus) very unlikely to be affected
@@ClinicalPhysio Yeah that makes sense, thank you for the quick answer
@@danesha4705 no problem 👍🏼
