4 months I have been trying to figure out why my trunk release button doesn't work. I thought it was broken since the car got crashed in the back. Then I saw this video, simple fix. Thank you dude just subscribed.

Thanks for the boot lock tip! I just presumed the exterior boot release button was stuffed on mine Found the little switch after watching this vid though and surely enough, it was in the locked position. Now I can finally open it from the outside as intended 🤘

Same thing happened to me and I've had my car for 7 years and the last 2 years I thought the boot latch was stuffed. Searched a heap of forums and such without any luck. I guess not all heroes wear capes!
Extras easter eggs:
* lift the center console armrest and you will discover business card holders and maybe a pen holder from memory.
* coin /lipstick compartment on drivers side just below the VSA button.
Yeah couple good ones there, I use the latter for my chap stick
I hope this car holds up as well as my TSX manual bought new 3/10/2004 . Now with 91,000 miles it puts a smile on my face whenever I take it for a spin. Just a magnificent piece of motorcar.

My wife turned that switch accidently, i thought i'd have to replace the whole lock assemby, thanks to you, i dont have to. 👍

I thought my boot was stuffed until I realized I accidentally toggled that switch while installing my sub.

Almost 1-2 decades late dude =))). Great interesting info. I have a few updates for acura tsx, the wheel size is generally 215/50R17 and the trunk switch is inside Glove compartment. Small changes :)

Some more features: (JDM version only?)
The center console lid slides forward as an arm rest; great for handling the stick!
There is a second hood pole hole, located towards the bottom of the bonnet on the drivers side; wider angle = better view!
Disconnecting the cable running under into the front seat disables the seatbelt-not-fastened warning mechanism; less safe!
My sliding arm rest is the best. I don't know how I'm gonna survive without it when the day comes to upgrade.

Omg, I was convinced that my boot opener was broken. I had to work with the under seat handle and a key until I saw this. I toggled a button and it's working.

the Honda Jazz wheels are also Enkei, if I remember correctly, the CU2 accord also runs ENKEIs
Yeah I think quite a lot of Honda models have Enkei designed wheels - the FD2 Civic Sport had them too
I have 2008 accord euro luxury, the owners manual have all instructions to enable/disable auto door locks when moved to Parking gear I followed all instructions but couldn't enable the function... Any thoughts??
No idea man, I don't believe the AU/NZ ones have that feature. Seems to only come on jdm cars
There are more, if you press and hold aux button on the stereo it will turn the backlighting off like on saab nightpanel.
And there is also a hidden menu on the radio screen that shows info from sensors, but i don't remember the exact button combination to activate it

I wonder if you have the typical Axle problem, mine the front shakes a bit when i press on the gas harder
Yeah that is a common issue I've heard, mine is fine though
Had that issue and changed nearly every suspension components and made no difference lol. Simple cv shafts on both sides fixed the problem and feels like a new car!! :D

Have you weighed the wheels to compare? I have a different set of 17” Enkei manufactured OEM Honda wheels that are definitely not lightweight.
Yeah but in general the bigger the wheel the more it weighs. So if you go from an average 17 to average 18 it’ll weigh more. Look better sure, but be a slight detriment to performance
1:01 - I have Accord CU2 (2009) and when I press lock quickly release and press again and hold lock for a second or two - it closes all the windows (even on the roof).

Hi guys, I got a question how do you fix Honda Accord cl9 with lead lights instead of xeon lights?
You’d be better off buying halogen headlight housings and installing them in that. Personally I wouldn’t bother. LED beam patterns are whack and xenon is just as bright
Btw for the key window button, it didn’t have that feature until the CU2 came out.

Yep just make sure if you've got a facelift or prefacelift car you get the right lip

The thing with the windows does not work for all Accords in every country, does it ? Because I couldn't do this trick
I see, potentially it's only available on the top spec K24 ones? Does yours have the K24 or the K20?
@@KiwiCarLife it has a K24, facelift model like yours, the executive line, with is a pretty high line (similar to type s, but without the Bodykit)

The trip counter reset, if you turn right or left , it will dimm the cluster for the Honda Accord 2004 comfort

You are correct, but i did not know that and also there a bulb in the glove box and it light up when you put your light on. Thank you for your great video, love it.

Oh wow I am not a huge fan of the stock wheels appearance wise but if they are indeed light I might not want to change them out. Maybe I should just give them a new color.

Not all euro models has rolling window feature. Lets say i have Accord Euro PreFL Sport, ant it does not have this feature. Sadly.

The Sunroof not open via the key... It's only the windows... Not accords can do the window thing too, it's manly for the L version from my experience.

@@KiwiCarLife I read somewhere that only the European models (maybe?) allowed the remote roll-up feature. My 2010 TSX (Canada) only rolls up and down with the key in the door lock.
Not sure why this feature was localized, but the reason I can't remotely roll up the windows is to avoid an accident where I might roll it up with someone's neck / arm sticking out.

Those stock Enkeis are heavy as hell and among TOP 3 ugliest rims ever, not only for Honda.
This Accord however is one of the most reliable cars ever made.

2006 front bumper fit 2005

The North American 04-05 TSX had a metal trim piece above the grill and the 06-08 TSX was updated without the metal trim. You might need a newer 06-08 hood if you want to install the updated +06 bumper on the 04-05 North American version.

My CL7 has a much smaller gauge cluster menu. I can only set 2 different speed warning,. This is the real useless feature.

@@KiwiCarLife It is a 2007 left hand drive version sold in Germany. The All Windows feature also doesn't work. But thanks for the video. Today I "fixed" the trunk lock of my fathers Accord after many years by turning the hidden switch in the trunk :-)
Bought my 06 tsx amazing car, horrible owner(me 17yr old). Had zero problems except oil pressure sensor and ac compressor and then I came along 😔
