I've been adding pure coconut water to my filtered water about 25/75 ratio with a pinch of sea salt. I do the salt since I rarely cook with it, and know the sea salt and coconut water both have electrolytes. I believe I feel more hydrated and seem to be urinating less and doing it this way is more frugal.

Date seed coffee🤯I will be trying that soon. I go through a lot of medjool dates. I always buy the ones with seeds because it pretty much guarantees never a dried out date. EVERY single time I toss out the seeds, I wished there was something to do with them. Never occurred to me to find out, and definitely would not have considered making it into "coffee". I drink coffee, but i'm always trying alternatives. Really love being able to get further value from my pack of dates, and not add to waste. I'm so glad you showed us this. Thanks!

Awwwwwwww😢!!! I make my nutmilk with dates at least three times per week using 2 dates in each batch. I have been tossing my seeds in the trash because I didn’t think that they would break down in my compost bin. I feel like going to the landfills and scavaging for my date seeds. 😊 I'm making milk now so that it can be cold for in the morning with my berry smoothie. I cook with and drink only stripped distilled water systematically for proper flushing of waste and unused mineral (salts) before they cause damage due to high salt.
I use 1 to 9 ratio lemon 4 oz distilled water, with meals to assist digestion and the liver.
But I love the ideas here to include many types of minerals (which are salt) with meals.

Thanks for sharing. Sometimes I drink a cup of lemon water or lime water in the morning. Not consistent with it, though. I'm going to start eating more dates and saving the seeds for coffee. I looked back over your videos for the brand of olive oil you use, but I've overlooked it. My brand taste good on food, but not to take a shot of oil every morning. That's what I want to begin doing. You are not crazy nor paranoid. You knew something was up and didn't feel right but by law there was not enough information given to the cop it would have seemed like he was harassing the guy if he approached him. You know the guy would have just denied it. Think about how the conversation would have gone. "A lady stops a man and tells him the man parked at 7-11 is following her. He then calls the police without any proof that actually happened just this random woman's paranoia". You know what happened, but there's no proof. It's great you told someone, you have to also consider the other perspective and the law. I'm glad you are safe.
