    Same problem in Oshawa, Ontario here, Very similar story, I breached 3 times with last arrest having 21 counts. Had to go to Lindsay Correction facility at the age of 18 and still in high school, it was terrible, Crown wanted 30 days in jail and trial took over a year. Lucky my parents bailed me out so I didnt have to stay long in Lindsay Jail.

    I had Reg Harris representing me. He was a crazy lawyer too. I ended up with a few PPT’s and trafficking. I also sold to a cop. They day shift idiot was so slow he didn’t make it to the pook. So I got the phone and had 6 people waiting. One of them was a cop that was actually after the other guy. So dumb. But I was 19 so I’m using age as my excuse. The cops had two major investigations on us at two different times so eventually most of us caught one or two serious charges eventually. I was just happy I avoided weapons charges. I bet there’s hundreds of people in prison with the exact same story as ours.

      @airnhere. 3 роки тому +1

      In canada you get 3 bails. 1st its at the booking station with the magistrate. 2nd is when you're at the remand. 3rd is either an appeal or if you choose not to go for it then you get an option to go in front of queens bench.

    • @tfit780

Luckily I was arrested early enough for Friday to count…lucky me. But I didn’t get out till very late Tuesday or maybe it was early Wednesday.
    But seriously waiting 24 hours would be a huge improvement!!!

    • @tfit780
      @tfit780  3 роки тому +1

      There’s a difference between possession and selling. If I told her, “here smoke this.” Without indicating any form of transaction, they wouldn’t be able to charge me for drug trafficking, instead it would be a charge for possession for the purpose of trafficking which is less worse to get as a charge.
