Gonna start these ones tomorrow. I've been a true follower of the 10-15min workouts you've done over the last year. They're amazing. Would you be able to put together a few dumbbell with cardio 10-15min HIITs to follow along. Would love to see that. Cheers for the great content man 🙌
Found this yesterday and being 65 needed something I could do, looking forward to completing this and moving on to the 20 min sessions , keep them coming 🎉
Thanks again! I did the intro 2 days ago, I love your stuff. I love how short and to the point everything of yours is. The only comment I have to possibly add anything is a warm-up or stretching at the end for these. But it is a beginner playlist, so with that, I look forward to getting through these and getting deeper into your workout vids
Excellent Benny , glad you enjoying buddy! There are some good stretching vids on here worth checking out! Ones for each body part and also some recovery Pilates sessions 👌
Highly recommend this one! I do this at least 2/3 times a week, can fit it in anytime, you always feel like you’ve worked hard and I’m not bored yet!! A great quick workout, thanks Grant!
Thanks, I really liked this! Great combo of exercises; I've never done the kneeling rows before and loved that they were harder on my core but easier on my back. Used 10#, 15#, plus my 8kg kettlebell. One note: elbow/hands placement in skull crushers is a bit dependent on limb proportions - I need to go a bit past my ears to feel it in the triceps.
Thank you as a senior with other commitments, I enjoy these 10 mins, 4 kg dumbells that's all I have I'm afraid. Sometimes when it gets too heavy I alternate in between that's ok too no judgement here I'm trying g my hardest n absolutely love your mindset, delivery, short simple straight to the point Workouts.
Fantastic , you’re doing great! Don’t worry about the weight , form and technique comes first and as I always like to say! Go light and do it right! Glad you’re enjoying the 10 minute blasts, they are so handy and very flexible for so many
Thank you so much for these! I am very much a gym buff. And love working out. But for health reasons, I had to take months off. So these are great reentry fitness videos for me. Keep it up, brother!
Colder than a penguin's arse. I like that one and I often say colder than a barrel of ice's ass 🤣😂 when it's freezing here. Always love the no repeat workouts 💪👍
Loved this session. I'm only using 2kg weights as that's the heaviest I have. As a 52 year old female is this enough weight to use or should I buy some heavier weights? Not looking to bulk out or anything, using weights alongside my running to keep fit and healthy.
Fantastic stuff! Yeah you could pick up a few more heavier weights for exercises for the legs and back for example! Then a selection of differing lighter ones for the arms and shoulders and don’t worry about bulking!
Just curious - what are you lifting in this workout? (As a woman, obviously my arm strength is different, so I was swapping between 14kg, 10kg and 6kg.)
hey grant. i haven't done any zeus training for 2 months due to my injury, so this looks like a good start to slowly get back into training. my goal is still to lose fat and i see this doesn't have any fat burning part. should i do some 10 minute cardio before or do this challange as it is and then progress to other zeus program?

A great way to get back into the swing of things! If you feel you have more in the tank , feel free to add on 10 mins of cardio👍
saya sudah melakukan latihan hari pertama 💪😀🇲🇨
Fantastic, well done 💪
haha just caught the circumcision comment - that was awesome
😂
Can i use the same dumbbell weight
You could do! Just work with what you’ve got and see how you get on
I'm dying 😂😂😂 give yourself a circumcision accidentally 😂😂😂 you sure the room wasn't too cold for that risk? 😆
😂😂😂
That workout makes me realise how weak my forearms and wrists truly are
But also something to work on and aim to improve 👌
@@TheZeusFitness yes ! That's the spirit !
